The house is a 6-minute walk from the beach and a 3-minute walk from the village center and is designed for 2 to 6 people.On the ground floor are the large living-dining area with a comfortable sofa bed, the well-equipped, open kitchen, balcony and veranda. On the south side of the ground floor is one of the bedrooms with an original shower / toilet en suite. Upstairs is the second bedroom with shower / toilet and a large terrace.The house is located on the northern slope of the idyllic village of Giens on the Hyères peninsula and is built in the typical style of the Côte d’Azur. It is a non-smoking house.Living room:The 30 sqm living room has a fully equipped kitchen with 5-burner gas stove, oven, extractor hood, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine.
