Hotels with WiFi in Franche-Comte

"Emplacement : Très bien puisque je souhaitais être proche du complexe Micropolis. Propreté : Bien dans l'ensemble malgré quelques moutons sous le lit. Personnel : La première personne avec qui j'ai été en contact a été très professionnelle pour me fournir tous les éléments, à l'oral et par sms, dont j'ai eu besoin pour accéder à l'hôtel à une heure quelque peu tardive. Par contre, une deuxième personne a été très désagréable, laissant entendre que je mentais, lorsque pendant 2 jours j'ai dû lui signalé un problème de réception de la télé. Pourtant le réparateur, très sympathique, a dû changer tout un câble pour qu'enfin je puisse regarder celle-ci. Enfin une troisième personne a été beaucoup plus courtoise et compréhensive vis à vis de ce problème de télé pour m'indiquer qu'elle verrait avec vous (Trip.com) afin que j'obtienne une remise à titre commercial pour ce désagrément (à voir...). Pour en revenir à la deuxième personne, je n'ai également pas pu savoir si la chambre était faite chaque jour. En effet, le jeudi je lui demande si la chambre sera faite même si je garde les clefs. Elle me dit oui mais la chambre n'est pas faite. Quand je lui fais remarquer elle me dit que la chambre n'est pas faite en cours de séjour. J'en conviens alors sauf que le vendredi elle est faite. Installations : Problème avec la télé (voir ci-dessus) qui a mis 2 jours a être réglé."

"We asked for a quiet room, but we had a room on the first floor (on two), and the noise of steps from the room above our was really strong. The sound of the voices was also very well spread ... This was not the fault of other customers. We stayed in other ”old buildings”, which they do not worry about. Even the room moquette was put on the swift. This is said, at 66€ on Sunday night (in low season)... you have the quality you pay. The staff were very smiling and sympathetic, and the bathroom was very well renovated."

"This booking was a nofall because I couldn't continue because of the weather conditions, so ear I was happy about every bed I could get. Generally for a hostel it was okay but I was up in my nose when entering the urine odour immediately. Probably comes from the common bathrooms. Unfortunately, the bedroom smelled to smoke and the room was not very clean. WiFi has not worked either. But I have very well sleeped and breakfast was also very nice."

"L’hôtel est très bien situé. Malgré qu’il soit en bord de route, la chambre est très calme. La literie est très confortable. Par contre, cela manque de certains équipements dans la chambre au vu du prix (cafetière, petit frigo et plus de rangements). Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Petit bémol sur la taxe de séjour demandée à notre arrivée et qui n’était indiqué nul part sur Trip. De plus celle-ci nous a paru anormalement élevé après coup (15,40€ pour 2 personnes et 2 nuits)."
