Located on the “Southern Bodden Coast,” it offers a wide range of activities: cycling, sailing, fishing, and surfing. The region also hosts many cultural events, including theater performances, sailing and harbor festivals, and chamber music days in nearby Barth.A local tradition is the annual Zeesenboot Regatta, held on the first weekend of September in Bodstedt.
