A parking lot for loading and unloading is in front of the house, the public parking lot is 100 meters away.True to the motto "Small but nice", an open living room with integrated kitchenette and bathroom await you on 16 m². A gallery with a further 4 m² comprises the sleeping area, which is connected to the living room by a ladder. The apartment therefore offers enough space for two people. Please note that the apartment is not suitable for guests with physical disabilities. The holiday home at the end of a cul-de-sac is located directly in the Bantjedünen nature reserve. From here you have an unobstructed view of the beautiful dune landscape. The house has on the ground floor a large living room with a new cozy sofa corner, flat screen TV and a cozy dining area. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker etc. is also available. The guest toilet can be found in the hallway area on the ground floor. The upper floor is equipped with a bathroom including shower, toilet and washing machine. The first bedroom on the upper floor has a double bed 180cmx 200cm and the second bedroom has an extra wide loft bed 140cm x 200cm per bed and a single bed. A children's travel bed is also available as well as a high chair. The entire house is tiled for allergy sufferers.
