"本來不準備給差評，首先感謝給升級了房間B709，去辦入住就講了要安靜一點的房間帶着孩子（安排在七樓早上六點到八點半，陸續有切菜的聲音），我朋友的房間也是聽到了，拿到房卡上樓房卡刷不開，立馬去前台説明瞭情況，前台第一反應是我走錯區了，又制了一張卡店長一起上去，還沒沒打開最後店長用手機刷開的，晚上回來畢竟晚洗了頭準備吹頭髮，發現完全用不了，又用充電器插在洗手枱插座上也不通電，結果頭也沒吹就睡了（吹風機是固定在洗手枱上面的），第二天十點退房問有沒有電動車租用，訂單顯示可以租用電動車，前台頭抬起來馬上忙自己的説沒有了，當時大廳是衹有我們沒有其他人的"
