The owner personally picked us up from the visitor center outside the scenic area, helped us with our luggage, and even extended our check-out time, making our trip even more enjoyable and relaxing for the two of us seniors!

The location of this hotel is perfect. Just a few steps from the front door, through an arch and there you have an idyllic view of the river, bridge, the beautiful architecture, market traders, a mill wheel, wonderful night lights, cafes.etc. The hotel is in a beautiful old house with lovely courtyards. There are lots of steps but the hotel owner kindly carried my case and met me from my taxi. You need a ticket to enter the old town which the owner helped me organise; i coukd not arrive by taxi and just go to the hotel. The view from the room was very nice. There were mosquitos so you should remember your plug in repellent. There was a tea service in the room but no tea

The purpose of going to Huangyao Ancient Town this time is to run a marathon. I went alone and did not have high requirements for accommodation. I found this inn from Ctrip. The reality is consistent with the description in the drawings. There is no odor in the room, the room is bright, the air conditioner is cold enough, the bathroom has balanced hot water, there are many restaurants downstairs, and it is 900 meters away from the starting point of the marathon. It is very convenient. Huangyao Ancient Town is just opposite, which is indeed very convenient. It is cost-effective and not expensive at all. I will recommend it to my friends.

The next morning I visited the main attractions, traveling during off-peak hours, so it was comfortable with fewer people. When you go out, the car will park in the parking lot of the hotel across the road.

The boss helped buy the ticket, which is cheaper than Trip.com . After entering the face, the ticket is free to enter and exit within three days. The room is changed from the house and the inside is more beautiful. The top floor may not be suitable for taller people. This price is in the scenic area, so this is fine.

The inn is situated right within the scenic area, conveniently close to the East Gate. It's spotlessly clean and wonderfully quiet, ensuring a truly comfortable and relaxing stay. The owner was incredibly thoughtful and attentive, going above and beyond to help us arrange transportation and book our scenic area tickets in advance. Her mother was also incredibly hospitable and has a real green thumb, keeping the inn's courtyard looking absolutely beautiful. I would absolutely choose this inn again on my next visit to Huangyao.

The owner was incredibly attentive, even asking about our arrival time to turn on the AC beforehand. They even came out around midnight to help with our luggage, and there's free parking available. The guesthouse is right next to the 'internet-famous bridge,' so it's super convenient for sightseeing and taking photos. The guesthouse itself has a charming, antique feel, making it very relaxing and peaceful. The owner is very hospitable and friendly, offering Kung Fu tea in the lobby and even giving little gifts to the kids. Plus, breakfast and lunch are conveniently available downstairs. I was very satisfied with this trip.

This trip to Hezhou mainly focused on Huangyao Ancient Town. I chose this guesthouse located within the town. It was relatively easy to find; if you're unsure of the location, the security guard can easily point you in the right direction. Perhaps due to the recent rain, I encountered quite a few small insects while staying on the top floor. For eating, drinking, entertainment, and exploring Huangyao, this guesthouse is a good choice. Overall, I was quite satisfied.
