"Let me put it this way: their front desk staff think they're something special just because they work in such a high-end hotel. They're incredibly arrogant. They have a partner laundry service, and when I handed my clothes to the front desk and told them repeatedly, they ignored me and gave me the cold shoulder. Is this the kind of service they expect? Doesn't the hotel management see this? I can only say I admire the level of service you've achieved."

"I'd give 3 stars for the environment and 3 stars for the private hot spring in the room, but everything else was just okay.
Hygiene: The outdoor public hot springs were not good. It's normal to have leaves and other natural outdoor debris floating on the water, but then there were skin flakes... clearly, the water wasn't circulating, and the temperature wasn't right either. The room's hygiene was also just so-so.
Facilities: The private hot spring in the room was great. The water was good, with strong flow and a comfortable temperature. The size of the pool was also good. Just remember that it's only available from 2 PM to 10 PM. You could see wear and tear on the floor in the room.
Environment: The natural surroundings are excellent. It's nestled in a small valley with mountains and water, plenty of oxygen, and it's very quiet. There's almost no commercial activity nearby, making it suitable for those who enjoy peace and quiet and relaxation.
Service: Aside from the young women at the front desk, most of the staff seemed to be middle-aged or older, like local aunties. The service training definitely needs improvement. Breakfast was advertised until 9:30 AM, but by 9 AM, most of it was gone. And when you asked, no one seemed to know anything.
If you like peace and quiet and pure relaxation, you might consider this place. It's about a 2.5-hour drive from Changsha and not far from the highway interchange."

"Traveling with my girlfriend~ The hotel is very close to the county town. There are blueberry, dragon fruit, and bayberry orchards nearby, and only a little distance from Shuangfeng Reservoir. Fishing for lobsters. The staff at the hotel are very enthusiastic! The front desk staff also made recommendations for food and attractions for us after learning that we had come to travel! Anonymous UserThere's a large parking lot at the entrance, which is very convenient. The front desk staff are also very welcoming. The rooms are quite clean. However, I kept hearing the sounds of electric drills and hammers starting at 8 AM. I don't know if the hotel is doing renovations, but it was so noisy that I couldn't sleep.
