"Overall it is quite good. At least it's quite big. However, there are still some small problems. 1 I found that the bedding was stained. I called the front desk and said that someone would deal with it for more than ten minutes. It was said that it was a quilt problem, but it was not dealt with. I don't know if the industry practice should be changed. 2 There is a free charging cable, praise. However, the socket usb port seems to be worn out and has poor contact. 3 soap boxes are not cleaned up and there is soot. 4 TV can't be seen, the set-top box memory is not supported, and it can be watched for up to half a minute. 5 The air conditioner is louder, especially when the temperature difference is large. 6 This is not a problem, it is habit. Breakfast is on the third floor, you have to wear cotton jackets, no warm air is cold. Seeing local friends is wearing coats. Take less frequently, because it will be cold for a long time."

The overall sanitation of the hotel is particularly in place, the room is clean, the bed quality is very good, and it is particularly comfortable to sleep. The service is nothing to say, the staff is warm and caring. "Very satisfied with a stay experience, both the service attitude and the sanitary environment are quite good! Every young lady at the front desk is super enthusiastic. Although there was an episode due to some small problems in the room, I think it is not worth mentioning compared to the service attitude of the staff. The service staff has been very active in solving the problem for us. This is really good. And during the check-out process, I also repeatedly expressed apologies and presented a small sweet water. I feel particularly warm and caring about the needs and feelings of the guests. I will still choose this hotel next time I come to Xixia!"

Ninghao1220The last time I came to Xixia was April 2017, and it has been more than 8 years. This time I came down from Baiyun Mountain and booked this Vienna decisively. The stay experience was really great! The surrounding area of the hotel is more prosperous, with restaurants and supermarkets all over the place and convenient life. There is a parking space in front of the hotel, managed by a special person, convenient, reliable and free parking. The little girl at the front desk is warm and generous, the service is meticulous and thoughtful, giving people a very warm feeling! The rooms are spacious and bright, clean and well equipped. Next time I come to Xixia, I will stay here, all 5 stars praise!
