The homestay is run by a local family who were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.The room was clean, tidy and spacious, which made our stay very comfortable. They helped by walking with us and helping us get tickets to Yuntai Mountain Park and also gave us bottled water, which made the whole process much easier. They also helped us with laundry and were always happy to assist with anything we needed. Breakfast was simple and tasty.

"I absolutely have to give Tanshu a great review! First off, the location is superb, right inside the scenic area. You just step outside and you're on a snack street and at the bus stop, so transportation is super convenient. As soon as you enter the lobby, you're greeted by a pleasant fragrance. The room itself is even better than the pictures, and the wet/dry separation in the bathroom is excellent. The water pressure is strong, making for a really comfortable shower. It was also very quiet at night, with good soundproofing. This was definitely a stay that exceeded my expectations!"

"The guesthouse was newly renovated and located in the back. They said there was no gas supply, so breakfast wasn't provided. Not having breakfast wasn't cheap for the price. The room was small, and the bathroom was prone to overflowing water when showering. Even with a floor mat, water still flowed all over the floor. The floor was white tile, and it got very dirty after walking around in the water. I suggest they repair and fix it."

"Can’t say enough good things about this place! Hotel is well located in a quiet alleyway, but close to all the main attractions and food street. Our room was spotless and well stocked with all the essentials; water pressure was great; and the bed felt like a big soft cloud especially after a day of hiking. The roof area has an excellent view of the mountains. However, the best thing about this place is the boss lady. She was so efficient, quick, helpful, and friendly. "Travelling as a mandarin speaking foreigner. If you are able to converse in mandarin, want to stay near to Yuntai Mountain and still be relatively connected to other attractions like Baoquan scenic area, this is for you. Hotel was clean and spacious, it also has a water dispenser with different temperature settings. The hotel is pretty much a one-man show but the boss is extremely accommodating and helpful. He even offers to drive and pick up guests to/from nearby attractions like Yuntai and Baoquan, which is a game changer. Especially if you are worried about staying too far away from Yuntai, it's only a few minutes drive away from the hotel to the main parking lot at Yuntai. Simply give him a call or message on WeChat.
The only down side is that the village in Sha Qiang Cun does not really have many options to eat, but there are quite a few restaurants down the street if you aren't picky.
Otherwise, enjoyed my stay here and would recommend to foreign guests!"

I'm especially grateful to the receptionist because, due to my oversight, I left two gold earrings wrapped in tissue paper on the coffee table. I only remembered three hours after checking out and called for help. The receptionist carefully asked for clues and helped me search through the trash, and incredibly, he found them! A huge thank you to the honest guy who returned my lost items. I highly recommend staying here!"

I initially booked a homestay within the scenic area when I was traveling to Yuntaishan. However, upon arrival, I was underwhelmed by the room and surroundings. I searched for nearby chain hotels and found the All Seasons in Xiuwu to be the closest to the scenic area. Even though it was late, I decided to go anyway, as rest is crucial during a trip. I was completely satisfied. The front desk arranged a quiet room as requested, which completely washed away the day's fatigue. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting nearby.

Plus, the hotel is right in the Anshang service area, very close to the bus stop for scenic spots. It was a flawless stay, and I highly recommend it! I'll definitely stay here again next time!

Unexpectedly, this random pick on Ctrip turned out to be a pleasant surprise! The room was exceptionally clean, which honestly really impressed me. A huge plus for this place is its massive courtyard; you could take amazing photos without even leaving the property. I asked the owner and found out they're pet-friendly, so next time I'm definitely bringing my dog – I'm sure he'd love it here.
Initially, I thought there wasn't much to eat on the snack street so I headed back, but it turns out this place also has stir-fried dishes, and they're really good! I much prefer this home-style cooking; I always feel like the street stalls aren't as clean. I'll definitely be back next time!

The hotel room is very nice . You will have both hot and warm water for drinking from boiling machine. Bed and all facilities also good.
The special moment is the owner of the hotel is very kind and helpful. He helped us to find taxi to pick up us from Jiaozuo station to the hotel which take about 1 hr by car. Breakfast also fresh making. I would recommended everyone to stay here during there stay at Yun tai shan. Personally Special thanks for his assistance to contact ticket office to refund our cable car tickets.

After looking at hotels for a long time, I finally chose this one. Many guesthouses look beautiful on their promotional pages but are actually quite run-down in reality. However, the walls of this guesthouse didn't look moldy, so I chose it.
We chose a mountain view room, and the balcony overlooks the mountains, which I really liked.
This place is located in the Wujia Tai Service Area, just a five-minute walk from the shuttle bus stop, which is very convenient. Another advantage is that we won't be woken up by other guests hiking at 5 or 6 in the morning; it's quiet, allowing us to get a good night's sleep before setting off.
The owners and their family were also very polite and hospitable.

The decoration of the B&B is very good. There is a sky garden on the second floor with a cradle, rocking chairs, flowers and plants... It feels like you are in the pastoral life you long for;
The room is clean and hygienic, with smart appliances throughout the house, making it comfortable and comfortable;
The proprietress was very enthusiastic and provided breakfast as a gift. She also enthusiastically provided guides and suggestions for a two-day trip to Yuntai Mountain, as well as various walking + ropeway plans for climbing Zhuyu Peak for reference. It was super helpful~

The room I chose had two balconies, each offering distinctly different views. The hotel is very close to the scenic area and offers a shuttle service; the service was excellent. A quiet oasis amidst the hustle and bustle, a perfect place for relaxation and rejuvenation; I would definitely stay here again.

Rachel89Facilities: Not very complete. The four rooms are too independent. The living room is very hot and there is no air conditioning. We can only play mahjong in a separate room. There are no bright lights in the yard and the yard is a bit small.
Hygiene: It's okay. It's better than ordinary B&Bs. The public areas are not as clean as the rooms.
Environment: The rows of small houses in the park are great for taking pictures. The back is open and there are more options, which makes it more fun.
Service: The service is cost-effective and overall highly recommended.

Obviously this is a low cost hotel and expectations need to be adjusted accordingly, but we were pleasantly surprised at how nice it was and how clean it was. This would have been quite an expensive hotel when first opened and while it's showing the signs of its age now, it was still really quite nice.
Would definitely stay again.
