Hotels with WiFi in Xiangshui

"Ms. Qian at the front desk was incredibly friendly and gave us a complimentary upgrade to a deluxe twin room. The room itself was exceptionally spacious and fully equipped, featuring a large bathtub that could be filled with hot spring water for a relaxing soak. Welcome fruits were a nice touch. There's also an indoor swimming pool in the building opposite; just remember to bring your own swimwear, goggles, and cap. It's open until 9 PM. Furthermore, the breakfast spread was extensive, offering a wide variety of delicious options, and was served until 9:30 AM. The only downside was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the large room when we first entered, likely from a previous guest. We had to open the windows and turn on the exhaust fan, and it still took most of the day for the smell to somewhat dissipate. I hope housekeeping can thoroughly ventilate rooms if they detect any smoke, as second-hand smoke is really unpleasant."

"Full score for check-in experience! The room is intelligently controlled by customers and the voice control is very convenient. The delivery robot delivers goods to the door, which is convenient and fast. It is equipped with a self-service gym, laundry room, long-distance travel, and exercise relaxation. The parking lot is equipped with charging piles, and the tram is friendly by car. The front desk service is intimate, you can check out late, no need to panic and pack your luggage. Environmental sanitation is in place, facilities are complete, cost-effective, travel is the first choice!"

The breakfast buffet is rich in variety, with meat and vegetables, and the taste is very good. Sound insulation is good, the night is quiet and not noisy, the price is very high, next time you come to Xiangshui, you will choose this one, highly recommended!"

"The hotel is good, the facilities are very new and the rooms are large. The most important thing is that the laundry room can be seen on the TV in the room, which is very convenient. The breakfast is also very rich and the taste is good."

"I stay at this hotel every time I come, because the hotel is not only clean and tidy, but also the service attitude of the staff inside is very good. This time I went here to stay and forgot to close the window. At night, the security guard called me and told me, thank you very much!"

"The hotel's facilities, cleanliness, and environment are all satisfactory! Orange (the owner) would definitely stay again! However, the service experience this time was a bit poor! Service: We brought our dog with us, and we communicated with the front desk beforehand. The staff member who answered the phone asked about the dog's age, and we answered all their questions. After confirming it was okay, I checked the reviews, and the first one was pet-friendly, so we brought our dog. However, when the front desk staff first saw my dog, they didn't react at all. But when I returned to the hotel after walking the dog in the afternoon, a lady, possibly the supervisor, said dogs weren't allowed. I was completely confused. I had my husband take the dog upstairs while I stayed at the front desk to negotiate. During this time, another front desk staff member said that the colleague who answered our inquiry had already stated that pets weren't allowed when we asked if we could bring a dog! I'm really curious, why didn't you react when my dog first appeared in your sight? How are your rules made? Are they made by one supervisor? Why should we, the consumers, pay for this if there's no communication between you? This whole mess is really baffling. And then there's the fact that they tried to sell me a membership card as soon as I checked in – I don't understand either. Honestly, pushing membership cards at check-ins is something that happened 5 years ago. So when they saw my face this morning and asked if I'd stayed here before, they had a completely different attitude when they saw the dog! This time, the experience was truly terrible!"

"Very satisfied with a stay experience! The room is clean and clean, the environment is comfortable, the service staff is very good, the details are in place, the price is very high, it is recommended to stay!"

"The room was very clean and tidy, the facilities were complete and well maintained, the bedding was comfortable and soft, which made me sleep well. The sound insulation effect is also good and the environment is very quiet. The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes great, which can meet the needs of different tastes. In short, this hotel is impeccable in all aspects of service, health and environment. I will definitely choose to stay here next time and recommend it to my friends and relatives!"
