"front desk staff was okay,the room madeva very good first impression, but wasn't that good. it was cold, even with the heating running. the bathroom sink leaked. the bedsheets and towels were clean and fresh, but the overall cleaning,especially floor wasn't great. the location is excellent, very central and convenient to find food and shopping. Even i am permanent resident holder with a valid ID they constantly asked me to fill out a registration form for foreigners,which i refused. the staff needs training for the registration process to make it a smoother experience for foreign guests. overall my stay was okay, but i will consider other nearby options in the future."

The room is decorated in a grand style, with mahogany classical furniture, complete facilities, clean and tidy, and has a superior location. It is very close to the high-speed rail station and Wuyue Plaza, and it is very convenient for eating and shopping. The service attitude is excellent, and welcome fruits are sent in the evening. "I recently stayed at the Weinan Zhongchuang Wyndham Grand Hotel, and the experience was truly perfect! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was struck by the luxurious and grand decor. The crystal chandeliers were dazzling, and the high ceilings, combined with exquisite Chinese elements, created an incredibly impressive atmosphere. The guest room was an even greater surprise. It was spacious and bright, with incredibly soft and comfortable bedding. Lying on the bed felt like sinking into clouds, guaranteeing a wonderful night's sleep. The bathroom facilities were high-end and fully equipped, featuring a smart toilet and a spacious bathtub. All toiletries were from high-quality brands, showing meticulous attention to detail. This was my first time visiting Mount Hua, and I chose this guesthouse for an early check-in so we could start our hike early the next morning and avoid the crowds. Looking back, it was a brilliant decision. The guesthouse is perfectly located right at the foot of Mount Hua, very close to the Visitor Center and the North Peak cable car station. We stayed in a spacious, clean, and tidy twin room with mountain views, and we could even watch the sunset from our window 🌄. The owner, a very welcoming lady, was punctual with our pick-ups and drop-offs at the station. Since someone in our group had a foreign passport and couldn't buy tickets online, she immediately contacted someone to sort out all our entrance and bus tickets, delivering them to us. It was incredibly heartwarming to experience such care while traveling. The guesthouse also provides free gloves and hiking poles, which was a thoughtful touch. I also have to commend the owner's cooking; she used to run a restaurant. We stayed for two nights and ate all our meals there – delicious and convenient. We could even have breakfast before 7 AM, and she was among the first to drop us off at the mountain. There was a small incident too: we realized we'd forgotten our gloves and hiking poles just as we reached the ticket gate at the Visitor Center. We called the owner, and without hesitation, she told us to go through ticketing and wait at the shuttle point. She then rode her electric scooter to bring them to us – we were so touched! I highly recommend this guesthouse for anyone climbing Mount Hua. It offers excellent value for money, and more importantly, incredibly thoughtful service.

I stayed at this mountain hotel for one night before climbing Mount Hua the next day, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. This is a family-run hotel, and the owners go above and beyond to make their guests feel welcome. The hotel boss is exceptionally friendly and hospitable, and it is clear that the whole family works hard to ensure guests have an enjoyable stay. They were incredibly helpful in providing information about transportation, hiking routes, and other logistics related to visiting Mount Hua. The hotel attracts both Chinese and international travelers, creating a welcoming atmosphere for everyone. They also sell snacks, drinks, and other essentials at very fair prices, which is convenient for hikers preparing for their trip. The rooms and beds were in excellent condition. The hotel is relatively new, and this is reflected in the clean, modern, and cozy rooms. Everything felt well maintained and comfortable. A major advantage is the free pick-up service from the train station. They also help guests get to the tourist center, making the start of the Mount Hua hike much easier and stress-free. The breakfast was delicious and provided a great source of energy before a long day of hiking. Throughout my entire stay, I felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Mount Hua. The outstanding hospitality, comfortable rooms, convenient services, and helpful local advice made my stay a wonderful experience.

This guesthouse is our top choice when traveling with family. The location is absolutely perfect, right at the foot of Mount Hua, making trips to and from the visitor center incredibly convenient and saving us a lot of hassle. All the facilities are brand new, and the rooms are clean and dry, offering a very comfortable stay. What really touched us was the owner's thoughtful service: he drove us to the scenic area early in the morning, and when he realized my phone was out of service and I couldn't scan a QR code, he proactively helped me top it up, which was a huge lifesaver. He's genuinely warm and sincere, always putting guests first. Whether you're driving or hiking, this place is a perfect fit. I've already saved it, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Mount Hua. I truly recommend it to anyone traveling to Huashan!

The best hotel I stayed in China during this trip (and I stayed in 6 hotels, so I can vouch for this one). Impeccably clean, with a smart and kind worker Jing Lei, who gave us useful tips about the mountain, and was overall extremely helpful. We wish that in every town we met a guy like this. My warm greetings and best recommendations. 4 free transfers included in the booking - super handy! For 1-2 day trip to Huashan it's a great deal. There is a kitchen in the hotel, so before and after hiking you can have a big meal. I recommend scrambled eggs with tomatoes for breakfast.

The homestay is run by a family, with the lady boss leading the crew. She’s pretty much OMO, and it will help if you can speak mandarin. And it explains why she doesn’t pick up calls at times. Me and my wife are Chinese by ethnicity, and we can handle the language, so it helps a lot with the arrangements. Her son picked us up at the train station and brought us to the homestay. It is a 3 storey building, no lifts, but well furnished, and overlook the mountain. Meals are not included in the package, but we purchased her home cooked food during our 2 nights stay. There is a menu for it. She managed to secure cable car tickets for us into Mount Hua after knowing we only got entrance and shuttle bus tickets. She also advised us on buying shuttle bus tickets exiting the mountain to the visitor centre. We bought them without incident on the spot when exiting. Complimentary gloves were provided. And on the actual day, she brought us to the entrance after securing all the cable car tickets. We were picked up by her son in the evening at the end of the trek, with the shuttle bus dropping us at a stop near the homestay. Communication throughout was via WeChat. We checked out the final morning, and she arranged to send us to the train station for us to continue our journey. Our thanks to her and her family for making our visit a smooth, comfortable and enjoyable one. 5 stars.

I stayed here for 2 nights and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly, and the food was delicious. The location is a bit far from the city center, but it’s close to the Huashan scenic area, making it perfect if you plan to visit the mountain. If you’re looking for a quiet and peaceful environment, this accommodation is an excellent choice. The place feels homely and welcoming. They provide free shuttle services to the Huashan ticket office and the train station, which is very convenient. The common area on the first floor is also very relaxing. Tip: Call the accommodation in advance to arrange a pick-up from the train station. Didi taxi drivers at the station tried to overcharge me, so the free shuttle is a much better option. There is also a small ***** mall near the Huashan ticket office with more shops and restaurants if you need anything.

The Best Hotel Experience in China! I have traveled to many places, but this hotel was by far the best I’ve stayed at in China! From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with such warmth and kindness that I was truly, truly surprised. Their level of hospitality is exceptional—they go above and beyond to make sure every guest feels special. The rooms are immaculate, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The attention to detail is amazing, and everything is perfectly maintained. The service is simply outstanding, always attentive and professional, yet incredibly friendly. The hotel’s location is also ideal, making it easy to explore the city. Honestly, I can’t say enough good things about this place. Room is spacious and reasonably clean. Bed is comfortable. A family operation, is literally 3-5 mins walk from the Tourist Service Area, where one can purchase the entry ticket and is the entry point to ascend the north peak (including to reach the north peak cable car). If you prefer to hike all the way up instead of cable up, the start of walking trail is slightly more than 30mins walk away but seems like there is a free shuttle bus that would transfer people between this Tourist Service Area and the start of the walk trail. If you come by ”normal” train, you are about 10mins drive away. The husband of the hotel provides a one time service to either pick up or drop off to the train station. I suggest to use it for the latter as you would have hoards of cabbies trying to bring you from station. Currently the area where is the hotel is partially obscured by a major road expansion but don't let the cabby coax you to cancel this booking and move to their recommended hotels in the more touristic ”village centre”. On paper it sounds great but I find most eateries there sell the same choice of food and goods. For food, the wife of the hotel also operates a eatery on the ground floor of the hotel which I find tasty and reasonably priced. Note that this is budget hotel of simple fittings but I personally find of good value for money for a couple of nights after a long day up in the mountain. (I believe parking might be free there too but do check with owner to confirm).

The inn is very close to the Huashan hiking trailhead. The location is very convenient and there are a lot of food nearby. The hotel room is clean and tidy, and the sleep is comfortable. The boss is very enthusiastic and will help us answer any questions we have. I wish the boss a prosperous business
