"This time I brought my family to the zoo to play. It was really good to live in Atour. When I checked in, I casually mentioned that I had to feed the small animals. The staff Fan Tao saw that the food I brought was all whole. I was worried that I would not be able to feed it. I took the initiative to help me cut all of them into small pieces. I also carefully installed them. The whole process was warm and patient, especially gentle and thoughtful. It was originally an ordinary stay, because this small warmth that exceeded expectations made the whole trip particularly comfortable. The room is clean and tidy, the service is meticulous, there is such a attentive staff, it really makes people feel good, next time I will choose Atour, I must like the illusion! Not bad"

"The front desk staff were very welcoming, offering welcome fruit and thoughtfully turning on the room's air conditioning beforehand to cool it down – something many hotels don't do these days. They even provided fruit upon check-out, creating a very warm and welcoming atmosphere.
The room was bright and clean. Although it wasn't a newly renovated hotel, the cleanliness was excellent. And despite being on a higher floor, the shower water pressure was strong and comfortable.
The hotel breakfast had a very diverse selection, including both Chinese and Western dishes, and the food was delicious with fresh ingredients.
Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next business trip."

The front desk lady will send warm mineral water intimately. It is too intimate in winter. Service: Let’s not mention the service. When I checked out in the morning, there was no one at the front desk, and there was no phone number that could be contacted in a prominent place at the front desk. Maybe they were new and the staff were not well trained in service!
