The breakfast tastes average, the variety is small, the meal is slow, and the used tableware is not cleaned in time on the table. The bowl used for breakfast on the first day was cold, and there was water in the bowl, and I didn't know if it was disinfected."

"Take your parents out to live, they are rare to praise the hotel! The room space is large enough, the suitcases are spread out, and the two do not occupy the space. There is a wide enough aisle by the bed. Parents do not have to move sideways at night. The bathroom has non-slip mats and handrails. The hot water is hot in a few seconds, and the water temperature is stable (it was always hot and cold before living in another house). When the aunt cleaned in the morning, she also asked if she wanted to take two more bottles of mineral water (knowing that my parents love to drink warm water). The details were too intimate. My parents said that this hotel was ”excellent”."

The hotel is fully equipped, the room is clean and tidy, and the stay is very comfortable. The front desk staff is very good, very active and enthusiastic. Better than expected! The service attitude is warm. I asked if I could heat my previously packed food. The hotel sent someone to the room to pick it up. After heating, I sent it back and gave me dumplings. The bathroom in the room is a three-separated layout, large space, convenient to use; parking spaces are many and free; There are also a lot of choices for breakfast, delicious, yogurt is delicious, much better than an old hotel I stayed in Kashgar; when I left, the doorman got up and said goodbye~ The air conditioning in the room was a bit insufficient.

The first time I came to Shaya, the experience of Shayasuji residential is really great, very quiet, the family likes it very much, especially the children, it is really suitable for a family holiday. It is recommended to open two more restaurants, selling staple food and snacks respectively, so the experience may be better!
