"The hotel and my parents' triple room were perfect; the room was spacious, and we slept well (the night market around the hotel wasn't noisy afterward, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable).
Facilities: It was a pleasant surprise to find such a hotel in a small county town. The facilities were comprehensive, the nightlights were well-designed, and the Xiaodu smart butler was integrated. Robots shuttled through the elevators and delivered supplies to rooms on each floor. The only drawback was that the sink was too small, and the water easily splashed out when the flow was strong.
Service: There was a security check at the hotel entrance. Although the Uyghur staff we encountered had varying levels of Mandarin proficiency, they were all very friendly and enthusiastic, proactively offering various forms of assistance.
Environment: The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance of several high-end attractions, and taxis are easily accessible. However, the entire Shache county town felt rather gloomy."

"Newly opened in September, but there is no taste of decoration. It is with the Xincheng County Government and ten minutes away from the old city. The Mukamu hometown restaurant recommended by the front desk lady on the first night was great. The double ram roasted whole lamb recommended by Doer the next day was amazing. The best pigeons and roasted whole lambs in Xinjiang were actually eaten in Shache. Twelve Mukam's performances are two at one and five every day, and in the old town cultural center, don't run to the cultural heritage center of Mukam Square."

"11.16 Check in, 11.17 leave. For the hotel where the gym is staying, the rooms are large and clean. The front desk went from check-in to departure, and experienced three front desks and the service was very good.
In the evening, because the next door was drinking and talking loudly, I changed a room. The front desk of the shift the next day learned that the noise was not rested and gave a souvenir. It showed that the hotel's training at the front desk was in place. The three people did not change rooms because they were unhappy at 5 o'clock in the middle of the night, and they seriously apologized.
There is nothing to say about environmental services, and I am especially grateful to these three front desk services for making the irritable things warm. Stay here next time."

"The hotel management is high-end but the price is very affordable. Although it has been open for a long time, it does not affect the stay experience at all. The environment is spacious, clean and comfortable. The waiters are friendly and respectful. "The hotel is not in the old town, two kilometers walk from the attractions of the old town, but there is no good hotel in the old town. This hotel may not be bad in Shache. Breakfast is full of vegetables and no meat, but this is good. No matter what Xinjiang food is eaten outside at noon and evening, such as pilaf, skewers, and roasted buns, there is meat and no vegetables. It is good to eat more dishes in the morning."

"Fantastic stay overall. The main plus point is the great selection of breakfast items. The room is clean and modern. Hot shower works super well. Fast wifi. Only slight issue is the elevator can be slow to wait given my location at the 13th floor. The hotel is also a bit out of the way from Shache old town but was able to walk just fine, soaking in the energy and atmosphere. If you are arriving from the airport, bus no. 7 was not running but taxi cost ¥50. Plenty of buses go to Shache railway station but Didi was also cheap around ¥8-9."

"As a travel professional, I have to say this is the most cost-effective hotel in Xinjiang during my entire trip. First, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was spacious. Secondly, the bathroom had the largest water volume of any hotel we've ever stayed in, which was quite impressive. The breakfast was truly amazing. The restaurant isn't large, but the kitchen is constantly serving food. You won't find it impossible to find food when you arrive, as you do at other hotels. They always put customers first. The front desk lady was also very nice. It would be even better if they could show a little more of the warmth of the local people. Ultimately, this hotel is worth staying at and highly recommended."

The youth hostel has just opened. It is very clean and convenient for washing and drying clothes. The boss is handsome and the service is good. The guests are also very friendly and pleasant to deal with. I stayed here for several days. It is my favorite youth hostel I have ever stayed in. There is also a super cute little puppy.

The rooms were large, clean, and tidy, with separate shower and toilet areas, and the shower water was excellent and at a comfortable temperature. The hotel is within 2-3 kilometers of various attractions in the old town, and there is parking available downstairs. There's also a good Hunan restaurant nearby. The hotel's breakfast offers a variety of options and is great value for money.

GGuest UserThe room was non-smoking, but there was a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke from the moment we entered. The room was generally clean, and the breakfast selection was limited. The reminder was until 11:00 AM, but we didn't get to eat until 10:30 AM, and the staff said they didn't have any fried eggs. The whites of the boiled eggs were yellow, and they felt like they were left overnight. The kitchen smelled like the bathroom, and there were flies everywhere. It was a world of difference compared to the Home Inn in Ruoqiang. The staff were quite friendly, giving us a watermelon upon check-in and even visiting us after check-out.

The hotel's Wi-Fi was not stable and the network was intermittent, which was a bit inconvenient for me who needed to handle work. In addition, although the hotel’s breakfast buffet has a wide variety of items, the taste is mostly average, and the temperature of the hot dishes is not high enough, making the eating experience poor.
