The boss is super good. From the communication before check-in to the various questions during the stay, they are very timely. They will also recommend us to Beijing's food and fun places, which is very intimate.

Since the hotel is close to Beijing and quite large, I thought it would be a good option for future conferences, offering good value. I asked the sales person if she could show me the meeting rooms and provide a quote so we could keep them in mind for future events. The female sales person impatiently replied that there were many meeting rooms and insisted I provide the exact number of attendees before she could show me any, otherwise, it would be impossible.
Shouldn't a good sales person strive to fully showcase their products and services to meet both current and future market demands? We will have many conferences in the future, ranging from small to large scale. Don't they want to build a client base for future sales? This is the first time I've encountered such a sales approach! Perhaps because it's in Yanjiao, and there are no other hotels that can compete, they simply don't lack customers!"

The guest rooms are spotless, and the mattress and pillows are incredibly comfortable – I slept like a log last night. Features like electric curtains, Xiao Ai (the AI assistant), and smart toilets give the rooms a touch of modern luxury and high-tech convenience. All the staff are incredibly friendly, especially the young ladies at the front desk whose service is exceptionally thoughtful. Their smiles aren't just professional; they're genuinely warm and heartfelt. I stayed at this hotel with my family for the second time. Compared to our previous stay, the service and overall experience have improved even more. We are truly very satisfied.
I would like to thank every staff member who took care of us during our stay. The breakfast had a good variety of choices and was very delicious. Most importantly, our children were very happy.
The reception staff were especially kind and friendly. In particular, I would like to sincerely thank the female receptionists who were working on the evening of March 13, 2026. They kindly helped us locate a Taobao package that had been delivered somewhere in the hotel but we could not find. They even called to check and helped us find it, which we really appreciated.
The lady who welcomed guests at the breakfast area was also very polite and kind. The food was tasty, the rooms were clean, and the service was excellent.
Another great advantage is that Wu Mart is very close to the hotel, which is very convenient.
This will definitely be our regular choice for future stays.

The location is very close to the airport, 10 minutes by taxi to the capital t3, but because it is too close, you can hear the sound of the plane taking off. However, the service was very good. As soon as I arrived at the hotel, I explained the problem and provided earplugs. I couldn't hear the sound of the plane after I brought the earplugs. The overall feeling is very good, the facilities are very new. The only drawback is that there are not enough parking spaces, which caused us to be woken up early in the morning (even though the car keys have been reserved at the front desk in advance). It is recommended to coordinate more parking spaces during the peak tourist season. Also, the hygiene should be more meticulous. After entering the room, there are usually wine bottle caps on the chairs and corners.

This stay in a king-size room was absolutely amazing! It deserves a five-star rating!
The room was immediately striking upon entering. It was clean and cozy, with no odors at all. The mattress and quilt in the king-size room were incredibly high-quality, with just the right firmness. Lying down on it, I felt completely relaxed. The quilt was fluffy and soft, and incredibly comfortable. I slept soundly all night, without any discomfort from sleeping in an unfamiliar bed.
The room was well-equipped, with easy-to-adjust air conditioning, a comfortable wind speed and temperature, and virtually no noise. The hot water came quickly and at a consistent temperature, and the shower flowed generously, making it incredibly refreshing to wash away a tired body. The details were also a plus. The multiple outlets near the bed made it easy to charge my phone before bed. Drinking water and delicate teacups were also provided on the table—a thoughtful touch.
The view from the window was also lovely. Opening the curtains in the morning to let in some fresh air lifted my mood. The hotel is conveniently located for dining and shopping. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out were quick, and any requests were promptly responded to. The entire experience was very pleasant.
I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in this area. I highly recommend it to everyone!
