"The room was clean and well-maintained; it was cleaned daily, and the staff didn't move my belongings around, which I appreciated. However, the disinfection odor from the kettle, specifically the vinegar smell, was quite strong and unpleasant. Also, the toilet in the bathroom would spray water, and it splashed everywhere, getting on me every time. The soundproofing between rooms was good, but the soundproofing of the door to the hallway wasn't, so I could hear noise from outside. The exterior of the hotel was pretty nice and great for taking photos at night."

The room is clean and tidy and full of artistic atmosphere, just like the blue and white style of the Aegean Sea in Greece. The front desk clerk of the hotel is very enthusiastic and thoughtful in service. The driver who picked us up from the scenic spot was also very enthusiastic in introducing tourist hotspots. Right from the moment we arrived, it was disappointing. We had a lot of luggage since we were traveling from Nanning, and there was no one to receive us or guide us — just a dark alley with no staff in sight. We had to call the number listed, and even then, the person on the call had no idea where we were supposed to check in. After some confusion, we had to walk around 200 meters to a completely different hotel’s service center just to check in. Even there, the service was terrible — the staff were casually chatting on WeChat and clearly had no clue what they were doing. We waited nearly 30 minutes before they finally said we should go to another hotel nearby. They gave us a room card and we moved all our luggage there, only to get a call saying the room was already booked for the next day — so we had to move again. Thankfully, we hadn’t unpacked yet, but it was still exhausting and unacceptable. Even basic things like water bottles weren’t available — we were told they would send a message in a WeChat group and they would deliver it to the room later. Seriously? Overall, the experience was chaotic, unprofessional, and stressful. The only positive part was the security staff — they were actually helpful and polite. Everything else? Not worth it.
