"The Holiday Inn Express Pyeongchang is truly remarkable among all the Holiday Inn Express hotels I've stayed at. Judging by the decor and room size alone, it's a member of the Indigo brand, perhaps due to its location in the small county of Pyeongchang. The service was exceptional. Upon check-in, I casually asked if there was sparkling water as a welcome drink and was told no. The hotel actually made me a special drink and sent it to my room. I was so touched. The breakfast was also very generous, and the quality of the dishes was exceptional, far superior to other Holiday Inn Express hotels."

"Decent Hotel in a small town. Cleaniness could be improved as bedsheets were not changed even upon request (our toddler stained the sheets a little). Bed is super soft althought i prefer a firmer bed. Good thing is room has no smoke smell, which is rare in china hotels. Generally one of the better hotel to stay if you are an international traveller."

"The environment room and service are very satisfactory. There are a few shortcomings that need to be improved. The hot water problem at night caused four rooms to have no hot water, and the water was yellow. It was a bit embarrassing that there was no bath that night. The hot water came the next morning. This should be a hardware problem. And there was no response to this the next day. Sound insulation is a big problem, and the child next door has been noisy until late at night."

"This trip to the old city, choose the right hotel too much! The location is in the core area, go to the night market, do not need to take a taxi, you can feel the fireworks of the old city along the way. The room was cleaned super clean, the bedding was soft and odorless, the bathroom was very worry-free, and the window was closed at night, and it was very quiet and not disturbed by the street. The front desk service is super intimate, actively recommending local specialties and niche check-in points, check-in and check-out are very fast, and there is no slot in the whole process. This price can live in such a location and quality, the price is directly full, next time you come to the old city to live here"

From check-in to check-out, the room design is simple and textured, the bedding is comfortable to help sleep, sound insulation and lighting are excellent. The service is professional and efficient, the details are intimate, and the location is excellent. It is the most satisfactory accommodation choice for this trip. The room originally booked can be arranged on the 9-12 floor. Because I said that it was the doll's college entrance examination, the hotel staff finally arranged the 13th floor. Although this hotel is a bit unremarkable from the outside, it feels very warm and feels like home when I walk in. The lighting in the room is very warm and the items are complete, especially the bed, it is old and comfortable to lie on.

Hotel location is good, very convenient from the snack street station! I saw that there were bad comments on the Internet before, and I didn't dare to decide.
