Judging by the decor and room size alone, it's a member of the Indigo brand, perhaps due to its location in the small county of Pyeongchang. The service was exceptional. Upon check-in, I casually asked if there was sparkling water as a welcome drink and was told no. The hotel actually made me a special drink and sent it to my room. I was so touched. The breakfast was also very generous, and the quality of the dishes was exceptional, far superior to other Holiday Inn Express hotels."

"Decent Hotel in a small town. Cleaniness could be improved as bedsheets were not changed even upon request (our toddler stained the sheets a little). Bed is super soft althought i prefer a firmer bed. Good thing is room has no smoke smell, which is rare in china hotels. The hot water problem at night caused four rooms to have no hot water, and the water was yellow. It was a bit embarrassing that there was no bath that night. The hot water came the next morning. This should be a hardware problem. And there was no response to this the next day. Sound insulation is a big problem, and the child next door has been noisy until late at night."
