It is hygienic and the air conditioning and heating are OK. But the hot water in room 319 we stayed in was not good. The water was only lukewarm. I caught a cold while taking a bath. Later, we moved to room 325, and the hot water was good."

The room smelled of cigarette smoke and the bed was clean. The smell of cigarette smoke in Chentou was very strong, and I didn't get a good night's rest."
