A layer of dust on the TV. Such obvious hygiene issues were not even cleaned up, let alone bed sheets and quilt covers. Always looking for ways to complain! Hope the hygiene issues will be improved. Everything else is good"

My stay was fantastic; I slept very comfortably and soundly. Even the windows in the room had double-layered curtains for strong blackout. The room was very clean and tidy. The front desk staff were also very welcoming and helpful. If I had any questions, I could call them using the voice assistant, and they always resolved them quickly. It was great! I've stayed at this hotel twice now and the overall experience is a perfect 10! It's super convenient for dining and shopping near Minzhou Snack Street. The rooms are spacious, and the hotel's decor is simple yet elegant. They even have complimentary fruit tea and small amenities in the lobby. The bedding is soft and comfortable, providing an excellent night's sleep. The bathroom is clean, tidy, and has a wet/dry separation. The smart facilities are comprehensive, and the hygiene is spotless; it's clear they clean very thoroughly and pay attention to every detail. The front desk staff are incredibly warm, friendly, and efficient, making check-in quick and easy. The location is excellent, and there's a parking lot which makes getting around very convenient. It offers incredible value for money, and the service attitude is fantastic. I'm very satisfied!

The front desk staff were polite and attentive, quick to respond to requests, and delivery services were prompt. Although the parking lot isn't huge and doesn't guarantee a spot for every car, they do reimburse parking fees if you have to park a bit further away. All in all, it was a pretty good experience! 👍👍

Anonymous UserThe room was renovated, but the bedding and towels were not updated. They said that the upper floors were replaced with new ones, but the lower floors were not. I don't understand why the upper floors were replaced with new ones in the same building, but the lower floors were not? The mattress was also reversed, and the spring surface was facing up, and I had to turn it over by myself. The room temperature was not very hot. It's not worth the price. Before booking, I found that no hotel had a clean review. I will not stay in Minxian next time.

甘南環線臨時調整線路，到縣城時已經沒什麼可選的酒店了。沒想到這家名字看起來很國營的賓館給了驚喜。首先價格一級贊，對比這個價格，有點問題都不算啥。其次衞生做的蠻好，床單被罩是剛洗過的，衞生間沒有異味，公共區域打掃的也蠻乾淨。再説説缺點：最大的缺點是沒有空調且不能開窗，開窗的話手能伸進來開門。所以我睡覺時把窗關上了。還有淋浴噴頭有點堵了，水很小，沒有電梯，沒有送礦泉水，不過對比這個價格，這都不算啥。
