Nestled against a backdrop of snow-capped mountains and overlooking the Yarlung Tsangpo River, it boasts over 300 wild ancient peach trees and an 80-acre ancient peach forest. Every March and April, when the peach blossoms are in full bloom, opening your window reveals a breathtaking panorama of 'snow-capped mountains + peach forests + a mighty river.' It's conveniently located just over 10 minutes from Nyingchi Mainling Airport and offers complimentary pick-up and drop-off services. Nyingchi's altitude is under 3,000 meters, with lush vegetation and ample oxygen, effectively helping to prevent altitude sickness. The high-end amenities and butler service here exceeded my expectations. The butler proactively contacted me to arrange airport transfers, assist with check-in, turn on the underfloor heating in advance, and provide local sightseeing recommendations. The ******* staff were incredibly genuine and warm. The guesthouse also provides a rich breakfast spread, including comforting hot rice noodles. For dinner, the ******* stone pot chicken and yak meat hot pot are must-tries, which you can enjoy in the panoramic restaurant while soaking in the views. In short, this is a highly recommended and truly precious place to stay!"

"Five stars! This newly opened gem of a guesthouse – Bamu Zhuoma Guesthouse – is highly recommended! The overall decor is exquisite and elegant, the new facilities are clean and tidy, the rooms are spacious and bright, and the bedding is soft and comfortable. Away from the hustle and bustle of the street, the courtyard is quiet and peaceful, with fresh air and a tranquil atmosphere, ensuring a restful night's sleep. It's very close to the airport, and the owners thoughtfully provide airport shuttle service, making transit hassle-free. The guesthouse has its own farmhouse restaurant with a variety of dining options, including buffet-style meals and indoor barbecue. The signature Medog stone pot chicken is incredibly flavorful and made with high-quality ingredients; the grilled fish is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside; and the home-style stir-fries are authentic and full of local farm flavors. A convenient supermarket is available for you to shop at your leisure. The owner is warm, friendly, and attentive, providing a one-stop solution for your needs. A relaxing and comfortable stay here makes for a truly memorable experience. I would definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in the area. Highly recommended!"

"For those concerned about altitude sickness, Banshan No. 1 Hotel is incredibly accommodating. 1. The hotel's pick-up driver immediately provided an oxygen pillow, which was very reassuring for us first-time visitors to Tibet. 2. The in-room dining is clean and hygienic, perfect for someone like me who's new to the area and needs to ease the burden on their digestive system. 3. The hotel has diffused oxygen supply throughout, which feels very safe. 4. The small convenience store in Sosong Village sells portable oxygen canisters for a reasonable 25 RMB – a great safety net to carry with you when you're out taking photos. 5. The hotel is located right within Sosong Village in the Yarlung Zangbo Grand Canyon scenic area, offering excellent views of Mount Namcha Barwa directly from the rooms. We stayed here for two nights, and we were treated to a full view of Namcha Barwa as soon as we arrived. On the evening before we left, we were blessed with the golden glow of the 'sun-drenched mountain'. Snow-capped peaks, peach blossoms, blue skies, green grass, Namcha Barwa, the Yarlung Zangbo River – what an abundance of good fortune. I'll truly miss this place. Grateful for Namcha Barwa, for the Yarlung Zangbo River, for Nyingchi's blue skies and peach blossoms, and for Banshan No. 1 Hotel for enabling us to stay amidst the snow-capped mountains and peach blossoms! "Tangxin perfectly fulfilled all our expectations for Namcha Barwa during our trip. For us Zhejiang natives, the fears of the cold and altitude sickness we had before the trip were all well taken care of here. It really wasn't cold at all. Our housekeeper, Deshan, had turned on the air conditioning and underfloor heating in the room early on and even placed an oxygen concentrator on the bed, just in case. We were actually quite fine; everything gradually improved. In the afternoon, we strolled around the village, but sitting in Tangxin's floor-to-ceiling glass café was much more pleasant. The view was absolutely stunning—snow-capped mountains above, the Yarlung Tsangpo River below. We ate dinner at Tangxin. The chef, Xiaopang, was adorable and a great cook. We finished the whole plate of chicken, and they patiently prepared a hearty breakfast just in time for us to wake up. After dinner, if you didn't want to go back to your room, you could sit around the blazing fireplace and have a drink. If you were lucky, a bartender would sing for you, and the housekeepers would chat with you enthusiastically, introducing nearby attractions and great photo spots. Everyone was so kind. Deok-sun's gentle words still echo in my ears even now as I leave: ”Sister, let me know if you need anything.” ”Sister, do you still need the snacks in the room?” ”Sister, drive carefully, please be safe.” ”Sister, I have some photos that look like the sunrise over the mountains; I'll print out a few for you as a souvenir.” What I thought would be just an ordinary stop on my trip turned out to feel like a long-awaited ”home” in Namcha Barwa."
