"一般住酒店都選擇維也納，所以很多地方的維也納我都住過。陸河縣的這間，第一沒有免費停車場，都是在路邊自己找位置停，運氣不好那就再繼續找。第二室內裝修對上其他維也納算是靠後的，至少是我住過這麼多維也納中倒數第一的。第三春節期間價格和汕尾市中心的維也納同樣價格，但設施環境還不如市中心的。第四由於物業原因封閉了窗户（窗户外面有玻璃封堵，和室外隔絕），但還是按照有窗的價格，塞車我去晚了，給了我封堵窗户的房間，如果需要窗户，衹有空間小很多的房間。早入住的就可以有通風的空間大的房間。所以入住必須趁早。"
