"Much better than expected. The room was clean and hygienic, and the breakfast was even better than anticipated. The service was also exceptional. When we checked in, the two lovely ladies at the front desk saw we had two children and promptly upgraded us to a family room. During our stay, the toilet got clogged, which was initially embarrassing, but the housekeeping lady helped unclog it with such kindness and friendliness. Overall, this stay was incredibly worthwhile. Highly recommended! (I secretly took a picture of the ladies at the front desk.)"

"I booked the room in advance, and because the previous guest had extended their check-out, the waiter called in advance to inquire about the arrival time. After arriving at the hotel, I promptly fed back the room information and then negotiated to change the room. The waiter on duty had a very good attitude, was warm and thoughtful, and deserves praise! The room is clean and tidy, the facilities are complete, the environment is elegant and the transportation is convenient. The check-in experience is good. The breakfast was very nicely cooked."
