"I was extremely satisfied with my stay at the Wyndham Longchang Hotel. Both the facilities and service were impressive.
Environment and Facilities: The hotel lobby was spacious, bright, and stylishly designed. The rooms were clean and tidy, the bedding was very comfortable, and I especially loved the lake and greenway views from the windows.
Service Experience: The front desk staff were professional and efficient, and the butler contacted me in advance for quick check-in.

"This hotel stay completely disappointed. Every detail and experience deserves a five-star rating!
First, I want to praise the service. Whether it was checking in at the front desk or contacting the staff along the way, they were incredibly patient. The process was quick, and they proactively provided detailed information about how to use the facilities. Any questions were also promptly addressed, making the entire process incredibly hassle-free.
The room was even more spacious than expected, providing ample space for luggage and moving around without feeling cramped. The bright lighting was also excellent, making it incredibly comfortable to stay in during the day.
The cleanliness was impeccable. The bedding was crisp, soft, and odorless. The tables and windowsills were spotless. The bathroom sink and shower area were spotless, with not a single stain in the corner. It was a truly reassuring stay. I'll definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!"

GGuest User酒店不怎麼樣不過便宜， 一分價錢一分貨。 另外，前台的員工很好， 很熱情， 還幫我把行李搬到我房間門口。 酒店設施很一般， 好像就兩個檔次的房間，我都看了都不怎麼樣， 因為整層樓沒人住的房間都是敞着門， 最糟糕的是看起來所有房間的淋浴的花灑🚿都是幾乎在馬桶正上方， 沒有簾子擋水，地上也沒有擋水條， 也就是洗個澡馬桶也跟着洗澡，必需要去擦乾馬桶後才能坐。 整個地全是水。 總之一句話設計太差。
