"The room was clean and the service was poor. I forgot to put free water in the room. I didn't find mineral water when I entered the room. There were two bottles of water in the freezer and there was no price. I thought it was free and drank it. Later, I called and asked to send free water.
When I checked out, I didn't recognize the money for this bottle of water. I was also ”educated” by the man at the front desk. He said, ”You can know it in your heart, please drink the water.” After talking, I ran away. It was very annoying. The room rate of more than 800 a day was this kind of service attitude.
In addition, the disposable toilet pad costs 2 yuan."

"The hotel is open in the downtown area and there is a parking space in front of the door. The receptionist we met was a young tomboy. He was a little impatient when talking. He might dislike us as middle-aged and elderly people. Everything else was good. The room was spacious, the bed was clean and the soundproofing was first-rate."
