This front desk staff member is damaging to the hotel's image. Even after providing the invoice information, they still asked for my name. I told them they could check the room booking information. They refused to answer my WeChat or phone calls. When I called the front desk, they were rude and dismissive. I pointed out their poor attitude over the phone, but they remained arrogant and disrespectful. I hope the hotel management will address this issue with such uncivilized and rude front desk staff, otherwise, it will create a bad experience for guests. Their attitude is extremely poor; the front desk staff are truly awful. (Regarding the incident on June 12, 2025, from 2:56 PM to 3:15 PM, the front desk can check the WeChat chat history to address this issue.)"
