"After several days of travel, staying here was perfect for a hot spring soak to wash away the fatigue. The night view is absolutely stunning, and the architecture is just like the Wang Family Compound. You can even walk along the city wall, which is very pleasant. I slept incredibly well – the bedding was comfortable, and the environment was quiet, so I slept right through until morning. Waking up to the sound of birds was a lovely experience. No need to worry about meals; the in-house Chinese restaurant charges the same prices as outside establishments, and the service is warm. The Wang family started with tofu, and here you can enjoy authentic Wang Family tofu with a very unique flavor. For parking or taxis, head directly to the underground parking lot. You can ask the concierge to help with your luggage. Since it's an ancient building, elevators cannot be installed, so expect to use stairs."

The hotel is very big, the rooms are not small, the facilities are complete, very clean, and the environment is like in a garden. The service is especially excellent. To give a simple example, I felt very comfortable staying and renewed my reservation for another day, but at noon I received a call from the waiter saying that I could enjoy a discount if I checked out and rebooked. yuwwyuwwThis guesthouse is right next to Wang Family Grand Courtyard, less than 100 meters from the entrance. The surrounding area has plenty of shops and services. Although there's no dedicated parking, the owner's wife kindly used her car to reserve a spot for me beforehand. The guesthouse has a cave dwelling style, and while it might not compare to Lijia Mountain Village, it definitely has its own charm. A special shout-out to the owner's wife – she actually gave me a discount! She said the price I booked on Ctrip for May Day was too high and that it wasn't necessary to charge that much for my stay. What an honest and down-to-earth owner! This is the first time I've encountered such generosity in all my years of traveling. Highly recommend!
