"A few years ago, a friend recommended this hot spring resort, and this Chinese New Year, since we weren't traveling far, we decided to come here. After reporting it to the front desk in the morning, the relevant hotel staff addressed the issue immediately with a positive attitude and no attempts to shirk responsibility. Manager Yang even waited for us outside the breakfast restaurant, which felt incredibly heartwarming. We had only intended to report the problem and weren't seeking any compensation. However, the hotel proactively took responsibility, and Manager Yang then accompanied us in the chilly wind to other entertainment facilities. We truly felt respected and valued as guests. The service staff here are generally very pleasant, indicating a well-run team with a very positive corporate culture.
