Location - near to the Guan Zhai Shan entrance. We took a DiDi taxi there which costs about Rmb12. The hotel is also near to the city which is less than 10 mins by DiDi taxi
Service - attentive and respectful services at the front desk
Hotel amenities - new and luxurious with a nice swimming pool and spacious lobby
Atmosphere- very relaxing, spacious and enjoyable feeling
Breakfast- last a good variety. Quality of food is generally ok

"Not bad at all!
The hotel faces the mountains directly, and the overall decor is simple yet tasteful. There's a dessert shop right on the first floor, offering some nice meals too.
The room is quite spacious, clean, and even has a smart toilet.
The service staff are also excellent; the ladies are all smiles. The breakfast staff are very enthusiastic, greeting everyone with a cheerful ”good morning.”
Breakfast is pretty standard, which is fair given the price point – it's unrealistic to expect anything lavish, and it's perfectly fine as it is.
Overall, I'm satisfied."

P2-P9 They were all taken at the homestay. You can refer to it for your reference. The room is a code lock, the toilet is a smart toilet, the hardware facilities of the whole homestay are particularly good, the environment is clean, and the pictures seen on the Internet are exactly the same! There are a lot of cats in the yard, and dogs, very cute! You can also swing at the door 😏 The owner sent us breakfast for free. The preparation was very rich. "Originally, when I booked online, I found that the location was at the foot of the mountain, not so far from the Guanzhao Mountain exit. I thought the chain would be more secure than the hotel. I thought that the front desk was warm and could dilute the hustle and bustle of the children in the corridor. I expected to take a break after climbing the mountain, but it was difficult to say a word."

"環境：從房間到公區環境都特別好，房間很大床很舒服，有沙發也有雙人的桌子，浴室乾濕分離，一樓中間有個大露台，三樓大露台風景更好，很適合旅遊度假。唯一一點缺憾就是洗衣房位置太隱祕了，除非有人帶你去不然很難找到，我在那繞了半天也沒有一個指示牌，找到了也像亂入了一個別的空間，凌晨一個人外面還是露台有一點點嚇人，比酒店其他的配置洗衣房不免拉低了酒店的檔次。早餐也不錯，有當地特色。"

The scenery outside the window was very fresh and charming. The blue sky and white clouds washed away my fatigue. The bathroom was also clean and tidy. There was no water stain. This is not only a place to stay, but also an experience of traveling through time and space. The entire ancient village exudes a strong historical atmosphere, and Ziyang Academy is a pearl among them, perfectly combining simplicity and elegance.
Ziyang Academy is located in the center of Peitian ancient village. It is surrounded by blue bricks and black tiles and shaded by ancient trees. When you step into it, you feel instantly isolated from the hustle and bustle of the outside world. The architecture of the academy retains the style of the Ming and Qing Dynasties, with carved beams and painted buildings, flying eaves and pointed corners. Every detail reveals the accumulation of years and the wisdom of the craftsmen. The courtyard is spacious and quiet, and the bluestone pavement in the courtyard seems to tell the story of the ancient village in the breeze.
The room is simply and elegantly decorated, and the wooden structure and traditional furniture give people an antique atmosphere. The bed is clean and comfortable, and outside the window you can see green mountains and clear waters. In the distance you can hear the sounds of chickens crowing, dogs barking, and children playing in the village. It makes you completely relax and return to nature. Although the room is simple, it is fully equipped with modern facilities, the Wi-Fi signal is stable, and the bathing facilities are clean and convenient. The owner of the academy is very hospitable. He personally greeted us when we checked in and also introduced the history, culture and must-see attractions of Peitian Ancient Village to us, like a gentle and elegant cultural guide. The host also invited us to taste tea. The aroma of tea and the casual conversation instantly brought him closer to the guests and made us feel warm. The food here is equally surprising, all of which are authentic Hakka dishes with fresh ingredients and mellow taste, especially the tofu, local chicken soup and rice wine, which are very memorable.
At night, the whole ancient village becomes quiet and you can see the starry sky when you look up. The lanterns of Ziyang Academy cast a faint warm light, which complements the surrounding quaint environment. This peaceful night makes people feel as if they are in an ink painting, washing away the restlessness and fatigue of city life.

Very friendly staff and a large clean room. I was given unlimited water which was nice as I was there for a race. There is a yearly Guang Zhou Shan marathon which I was there for and this is the perfect spot as it's just 5mins walk to the race pack collection and starting line the next morning

Very satisfied with all aspects. Checked in at 10pm on the 29th. The round-faced lady at the front desk was very nice and gave me a small box of fruits for the Mid-Autumn Festival.
The yard is well maintained, with many kinds of plants. Someone was still watering the plants at 10pm. The sand was also disinfected. My son took an excavator and played happily there.
The breakfast was cooked well, the dishes were fresh and suitable for all ages. We had two adults and two children staying and were given breakfast coupons.
The room is dry, clean and tidy. The room service is very good. Things are delivered immediately and are met.
On the last day when we were leaving, they allowed us to check out late, otherwise we would not have had enough time to check out after climbing the mountain. .
It would be nice if the bathroom shower door etc could be cleaner.
The recommended special boiled vermicelli is fresh, cheap and large, which suits our taste very well
Very satisfied and will recommend to friends.
