"The hotel experience of this trip is full! As soon as I entered the door, the front desk staff greeted me with a smile, warm and kind, quickly helped me check in, and also introduced the hotel's facilities and interesting places around. During my stay, I encountered any problems and called the front desk, they were able to respond quickly and give a solution. Once I accidentally lost my room card and ran to the front desk in a hurry. The staff comforted me not to worry, but quickly helped me refill it. The whole process was less than five minutes. This efficiency was too reassuring. The room was spotless, the facilities were complete, and the stay was very comfortable. "First of all, Wangwang (0006) in the front desk was very nice, patient and helpful to me all the time. She provided me ice amd dvdn thought she wasn't on duty the next day, she still managed to check on me. The Resort has such amazing facilities, unfortunately some areas look unattended and some pools are closed. I stayed in a cabana looking the lake, it was very cozy and comfortable, but the swimming pool closeby was closed so I needed to walk about 10-15 mins to go to another swimming pool. Surprisingly, the one that was open was in the area were they are reshaping some rooms, so it was noisy with hammering and drilling all day. Not good when you go there just to relax. and this wasn't mentioned anywhere in the hotel description or small letter. It’s a good destination for families with kids, since it has a water park inside.I would go back once I know the remodeling is finished."

The park is quiet and especially suitable for emptying. The store is specially equipped with a luggage elevator, and it is completely effortless to carry large luggage. The room itself is OK, but the sound insulation is too bad. At three o'clock in the middle of the night, the sound of playing mahjong and the children playing loudly can be clearly heard and noisy. There is also Wi-Fi on the second floor and above that can be connected but there is no Internet connection at all. I tried every signal on my mobile phone and laptop but I couldn’t get on the network. The wired network port on the wall is also useless.
