I went to take the exam and saw the blessing message at the door before entering the interview. I only stayed for one day because I had to take the exam the next afternoon. I coordinated with the front desk to delay the check-out and the front desk agreed to the request without any objection. I am really grateful. I wish our Lingcheng will get better and better. "I brought my family here for a camping trip in the grasslands, and I was initially worried about the primitive conditions, but it far exceeded my expectations. The surrounding grasslands offer expansive views, fresh air, and a tranquil, quiet environment. The cleanliness was also impeccable; even the corners were spotless. The facilities are comprehensive, with a resting deck and viewing equipment, and there's an open space for kids to play. Both adults and children had a wonderful time here. The staff were exceptionally thoughtful; knowing we had elderly family members, they proactively reminded us about high-altitude precautions and even brought us hot water. Their service was meticulous. They only provide breakfast and dinner, which made both dining and staying very convenient."

"The hotel is well located near shops and restaurants. The place is clean and comfortable. The check-in was not very smooth as they scanned every single page of my passport (no other hotel in China has done that), it usually it's just the front, visa, and Chinese entry stamp. They also asked a lot of questions that we had already answered in a form they had given us to complete. We only had one day to visit the city and had to spend 30 minutes there. The girls were very nice but the check-in process needs to be smoother. I overall recommend it anyway."

"There aren't many hotels to choose from in Hezuo, and this is considered one of the best in the city. However, it had its share of problems. First, the room had a strong odor, and without air conditioning, it wasn't well-ventilated. Second, there was the issue with the water. It was the first time I'd seen a hotel costing over 500 yuan only provide four bottles of mineral water (two large and two small), with extra bottles requiring payment. Moreover, the small bottles had a strong odor; my spouse drank them and experienced vomiting and diarrhea. Thankfully, nothing else happened, and we decided not to pursue the matter further.
One bright spot, though, was the hotel's beef noodles at breakfast, which were quite good and authentic."

"The room is comfortable, rich early, the bathroom is particularly large, and the moisturizing skin care products are also provided. The parking lot staff is blindly commanded. I think my car is big and I have to let me park in a non-parking space. The car is blocked the next morning and the trip is delayed. I hope to strengthen the parking lot management."

The location of the B&B is also excellent. The surrounding environment is beautiful and peaceful. It is far away from the hustle and bustle of the city and has easy access to various attractions.

GGuest UserThis hotel in Gannan was a wonderful surprise! Although it's not in the city center, it's very close to the bus station, making transportation very convenient. There's a bus stop right outside, and plenty of restaurants nearby. We booked a double room with a projector, and the front desk upgraded us for free because they saw we had a lot of luggage. The room was spacious and clean, and the bedding was very comfortable. There was even a water purifier in the room, which was incredibly convenient as we didn't have to boil water ourselves. The best part of the room's design was the oxygen supply. It's really friendly to travelers from out of town. The oxygen was plentiful, so there was no need to worry about altitude sickness. Although the hotel didn't offer breakfast, there were steamed bun shops and beef noodle shops nearby. The Platinum Smart Hotel is truly intelligent; from the self-service machines and delivery robots in the lobby to the water dispensers and oxygen supply equipment in the rooms, the whole place is smart. The Xiaodu smart speaker provided us with a lot of convenience. I was a little hesitant when booking because the reviews weren't very good, but after checking in, it truly exceeded my expectations. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. It's a hotel I highly recommend. Simply amazing!!
