"Service: Welcome out of the hotel to pick us up and help with luggage. There is hot lemonade on the first floor, hot water, snacks in the room, and the customer service is very kind;
Environment: The environment is very good, there are supermarkets and commercial streets nearby, eating is very convenient. The hotel is 80% new, there are smart curtains, the bed is very comfortable;
Hygienic: clean, but there are three disposable paper cups in the room, the bottom of the top cup is wet, it is estimated that it has been used;
Facilities: Basically good, there is drinking water, there are various warm tips. But the quality of the toothbrushes rationed by the hotel is too hard to use. "I booked a room that was supposed to include welcome fruit, but it wasn't provided upon check-in. I didn't get to experience the afternoon tea, so I can't comment on that. The room size was decent, not small, and had a good wet/dry separation in the bathroom. However, the noise isolation was very poor; I could hear car alarms constantly going off outside my window when trying to sleep, and even the sound of toilets flushing from the next room (or upstairs?). Everything else was fine."

"This hotel was the most satisfying one during my entire trip. Not only was the environment great, but the rooms were also warmly lit, and the overall decor had a distinctly ******* feel. The service was also exceptional; there were complimentary snacks, the staff were very welcoming, parking was ample, the toiletries were good, and they even had laundry detergent available. The price wasn't outrageously inflated for the National Day holiday, making it a very good experience."

We live in a tent-type parent-child room, which is relatively large and can accommodate 4 adults. The camp parking is convenient and the staff will help carry the luggage. There is a bonfire party in the evening, and the breakfast is Chinese and Western, which is quite exquisite."

When I woke up in the morning, there was no hot water, my face was wet, the exhaust was not working, and the air in the whole room was not empty. , the smell of cigarette smoke is strong, and it is acceptable without air conditioning, but the key is that your quilt is too thick. Without air conditioning, the thick quilt is stuffy and hot, and I can't sleep well all night, alas!

There aren't many hotels to choose from in Hezuo, and this is considered one of the best in the city. However, it had its share of problems. First, the room had a strong odor, and without air conditioning, it wasn't well-ventilated. Second, there was the issue with the water. It was the first time I'd seen a hotel costing over 500 yuan only provide four bottles of mineral water (two large and two small), with extra bottles requiring payment. Moreover, the small bottles had a strong odor; my spouse drank them and experienced vomiting and diarrhea. Thankfully, nothing else happened, and we decided not to pursue the matter further.
One bright spot, though, was the hotel's beef noodles at breakfast, which were quite good and authentic.
