"It was my first time staying at the Liyi Hotel Hepu. My first impression was that it looked high-end. The rooms were all voice-controlled and very comfortable! The girls at the front desk were also nice. Each one was very pretty, and their service attitude was very good and attentive! When I checked in, I accidentally scratched my foot with the suitcase, but I didn’t bring a Band-Aid with me. I asked the front desk if there was a Band-Aid. The front desk brought it up and helped me put it on! I instantly felt like I was back home! The hotel breakfast was also very rich. I have been to many hotels in Hepu before, and I felt that the breakfasts were very average and there were few varieties. But the combination of Chinese and Western styles at the Liyi Hotel really won my heart. I really like the coffee in the morning! The first choice for business trips to Hepu in the future! I hope the hotel can do better and better"

"The parking lot is a bit far away. The hotel is in the scenic area. If you park in the scenic area for half a year, you will pick up and drop off at the parking lot. There is nothing around, just the scenic area, some of which are still under construction, and the scenic area is generally under construction during the day. "I want a non-smoking room, the front desk clearly told me not. As soon as I entered the room, the smell of smoke was so bad that I had to open the door for ten minutes. There is a non-smoking brand in the room. I don't know how Vienna is managed? When doing cleanliness, don't you know how to ventilate the room? The room has a huge smell, is it really embarrassing? GGuest UserA friend recommended this hotel, saying it was the cleanest with the warmest service in Hepu, so I decisively chose to stay at Lavande Hotel. It was indeed a very comfortable stay. The front desk lady was incredibly welcoming, offering us fruit and even helping us take our luggage directly to the room – it truly felt like a home away from home. Our booked room included breakfast, and the breakfast area had a great ambiance. We woke up early for breakfast and even got to watch the sunrise from the restaurant. There was a wide variety of breakfast options, and I particularly enjoyed their 'Lao You Fen' (old friend noodles). I would definitely choose to stay at Lavande Hotel again when traveling.

The location is excellent, you can walk to the subway in a few minutes, the surrounding business district is fully furnished, and it is super convenient to eat and go shopping. The room was clean and tidy to the details, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, the night was good to sleep until dawn, the bathroom was designed to separate dry and wet, and the toiletries were fresh and comfortable. The front desk lady is warm and professional, and the check-in is efficient.
