"Cleanliness: Having stayed in numerous hotels across the plateau, this one was by far the best. It was exceptionally clean, and the location was superb, offering stunning views of Qinghai Lake. I caught a beautiful sunrise in the morning and a lovely sunset in the evening 🌄. Ambiance: Excellent. Parking was convenient, and they even offered car washing services. There were flowers, and it was possible to camp. Service: The owner was incredibly kind. They upgraded us to a lake-view room, and the food at their restaurant was delicious. They even brought us complimentary watermelon and drinks. Definitely a five-star review! I'll be back again."

"This hotel offers excellent value for money overall. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the entire hotel has a lovely decor. The service was fantastic, from the security guard who proactively helped with our luggage to the front desk staff who warmly recommended local eateries. We also misplaced a pair of headphones in the hotel, and they went out of their way to find and mail them back to us. Overall, it was a superb experience, and I give their service five stars."

"整體感覺非常棒👍不得不詳細説明一下： 自駕進入由蘭州進入青海西寧市，從道路、城建到居民區以及商區，感覺不好，整體來説青海西寧和全國GDP排名一致，規劃和管理相對落後，物價也不便宜。但是青海湖、祁連天境、門源等旅遊景點確實不錯，提升了遊客的認知。相對來説，景區各州市縣也注重管理，開放所有政府公共區域免費停車，公廁指示牌也多，這方面比西寧市強很多。 進入正題，早上由西寧出發，遊覽青海湖，就到下午了，況且青海湖海拔3000米，個別人可能高反，如果趕回甘肅張掖時間有些緊，選擇入住剛察縣最佳，但剛察縣海拔3300米，要入住乾淨衞生，帶供氧設施的酒店，應首選鴻湖國際大酒店，這是剛察縣三個涉外酒店中唯一一家全樓整體供氧三星級酒店，設施較新，房間大，整棟樓，智能化，後院自家獨立停車場，交通方便，也是剛察最好的酒店。 進入房間基本無異味 ，設施及佈局和酒店推介的一樣，沒有P圖，也沒有像其它酒店上傳效果圖騙人，從大廳、電梯、走廊及房間各指示標識、按鍵開關等全部中英文標識，所有可視範圍，除了公安提示和安全告示外，沒有任何廣告及無意義的掛畫。大廳到後院停車場的安全通道及封閉門，也很乾凈衞生。感覺管理規範，品牌意識強，有檔次。體驗好，刷新了自駕青海西寧市的缺憾。前台服務熱情周到，客房乾淨衞生，熱水足，彌散/吸氧兩種模式（防止高反），有暖風。這一切的體驗發自內心，必須給鴻湖國際大酒店一個大大的贊！！！"
