"在攜程訂房都是先看酒店評分，4.6分以下的都不會考慮，幾乎從未踩坑。然後看客人評價，酒店優點缺陷一目瞭然。看到之前的客人評價提到大堂朱偉維經理，幫助客人到政務中心辦理穿越216羌塘告知書，甚至幫助陷車的客人獲得救援等等，於是果斷決定就住維也納。事實證明這個決定絕對英明，我們一家四口（兩大兩小）從申扎縣趕往改則縣，準備經216到新疆，那天正好週末，感覺趕不上到行政服務中心簽訂告知書了，於是厚着臉皮詢問朱經理能不能幫忙給我們辦理，沒想到人家滿口答應。到了酒店朱經理馬上拿出告知書給我們，還讓工作人員幫助我們快速入住，休息一會兒後又親自開車帶我們去拿勇士證書。更讓人感動還在後頭，第二天我們開車上路，進入羌塘200公里左右老司機居然發生車禍了，交警踢皮球，給了個出租車電話叫我們自己聯繫！無奈之下再次聯繫朱經理，他丟下工作帶着酒店員工開着員工的車一同來救援我們，來回5個小時！晚上又住回到温暖的改則縣維也納酒店，第二天朱經理又聯繫車輛將我們送到新疆，我們得以繼續既定的旅程，這段神奇的經歷實在難忘！朱經理年輕熱忱，服務赤誠，敢於擔當，實在應該是前途無量，在這裏我特別要再次感激他。"

"The room was clean and tidy, at the same level as the mainland all season. The oxygen in the room was particularly sufficient, and the pressure was a bit amazing. Compared with the oxygen pressure in the hotel I stayed in other counties in Tibet, the oxygen pressure was much higher. The front desk service was very good, the room arranged according to my request, the recommended restaurant was also delicious. I came back after dinner and the room also sent fruit. Breakfast is not bad."

"The first time I came to change it, I chose this hotel in a hurry. I was surprised. This hotel is really great! From check-in to check-out, the hotel's service has been satisfactory. The receptionist was very welcoming and the check-in was quick. The room was very clean and tidy and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast provided by the hotel is rich, varied and tastes great. What is even more surprising is that there is also a gym, billiard table, and you can play billiards with three or five friends. Highly recommend this hotel!"
