"To be honest, I was a little disappointed and unhappy for some reasons when I first checked in. but! I want to especially praise the way the hotel handled it! After I explained the situation to the front desk staff, they took it very seriously. The general manager personally apologized, and immediately gave a solution and presented a fruit plate to apologize. The whole process made people feel that the hotel really cares about the customer experience, not perfunctory. The problem is inevitable, but the attitude and efficiency of solving the problem are the real level of a hotel. That is why my stay experience was finally very satisfactory. recommend!"
