"This is a new hotel, so there's quite a strong smell (not sure what materials they used), but it is truly luxurious! There are some abandoned attractions nearby. The hotel has a restaurant, and the buffet breakfast is 58 per person. There's also a hot pot restaurant across from the hotel, but overall the area is quite desolate. Lots of birds here, so birdwatchers would be very happy! The front desk said they upgraded my room because it's the off-season. I originally booked a standard family room, but they upgraded me to a deluxe twin room, which came with a balcony. The hotel was converted from a naval building that previously sought a Guinness World Record. It's definitely a photo op spot. If your Guizhou itinerary aligns, you could consider staying a night."

It's located at the Dushan County Expressway Intersection, which is very convenient for getting to Xiaoqikong. The accommodation is especially spacious, clean, and modern. "In the evening, I came out of Xiaoqikong in Libo and prepared to go to Huangguoshu the next day. In order to travel less the next day, I chose to transfer in Dushan for one night. It took more than an hour to drive from Xiaoqikong and arrived quickly after getting off the highway. The underfloor heating in the room is very comfortable; you can walk barefoot immediately upon entering. The genuine leather and solid wood smell wonderful. The cleanliness is superb, with no unsightly corners; my feet were spotless even after a long day. The room rate even included dinner (a pleasant surprise!), and the ingredients were delicious and uncompromising. The hotel shows attention to detail in every aspect. The breakfast ingredients were also exceptionally good and plentiful, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail throughout. Overall, it's excellent value for money. By the way, you can book a helicopter tour to overlook the landscape – wonderful!"
