"Overall, my stay was quite satisfactory. The hotel's location is good, about a 10-minute walk from the subway station, with convenient dining and shopping options nearby. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortably firm, and the sound insulation was decent – I wasn't too bothered by outside noise.
However, there were a few minor drawbacks: I waited 15 minutes at the front desk for check-in, which wasn't very efficient. The air conditioning in the room was a bit slow to cool down; it took about half an hour to get comfortable after setting it to the lowest temperature. The breakfast selection wasn't particularly rich, with only four hot dishes, and the taste was just average.
The staff were friendly and responsive when I had requests. The value for money is moderate for this area, making it suitable for budget-conscious travelers on a short stay. I hope they can improve on some details in the future."

"It has both advantages and disadvantages, but the advantages completely outweigh the disadvantages. I will explain them separately, and pictures will also be provided.
Advantages: The Snow Mountain Room offers a view of the golden sunrise over the snow-capped mountains!
The Grassland Room offers the most beautiful sunset and evening glow!
Free photo opportunities and a driver who took us around the area were provided; they were very attentive and helpful. The front desk staff were also very nice and accommodated our requests. Definitely choose a sunny day to stay; the view is stunning. A complimentary gift and afternoon tea are provided, and the portions are generous! Free pick-up and drop-off service from Nuer Township!
Disadvantages: On cloudy days, the scenery is indeed less impressive. There were insects (which the housekeeper dealt with promptly) and dirt, which is normal at an altitude of over 3000 meters. The rice wasn't fully cooked, and the shower water pressure was quite low. The amenities were all very good.
I hope the hotel continues to improve. With such beautiful scenery, a better experience would make us want to return, and we would definitely come back again! 😁"

"Not as good as expected. I heard it is the best hotel in Cele. Except for the most expensive price, I don't see any good thing. There is only one pillow which is high and hard. I got cervical spondylosis after lying down for a minute... The room is only 19 degrees. I need to keep the air conditioner on for a long time, otherwise it will be very cold. Hotan did the same thing again and my nose bled after one night."

"A stay with a high cost performance! The room was clean enough to not even have dust on the bed, the mattress was just soft and hard, and I slept until dawn. The front desk lady was super intimate, watching me carry a large suitcase to help send to the elevator, also recommended the nearby super delicious local restaurants, check out speed is also fast, the whole process is not delayed, next time I come to choose this!"

"The hotel is in the scenic area. You can buy a ticket for two days. The weather in the mountain area is changeable, the scenery is different, and there are few people and beautiful scenery. The hotel stay was pleasantly surprised, the room was fully equipped, clean and hygienic, and the supplies were high-end atmosphere. The free water provided was Evian mineral water. Most impressively, everyone has a friendly smile, although sometimes the language is not spoken, but it is very reassuring to see the smile. The store manager has the temperament of actor Wang Qian, deeply understands the hospitality, is responsive, communicates for seconds, and after busy, I was a little high and immediately sent an oxygen bottle, dinner sent the dishes, heard the child said cold return, directly moved the barbecue stove to the front to warm. The Uighur guy at the front desk is handsome and very enthusiastic. The reception is very attentive and thoughtful. It makes people feel that we are not going to stay in a hotel, but to his house as a guest. It has been watching us leave, which is moving. Thank you for making us deeply feel the hospitality of the people of Xinjiang. Hope to have a chance to come again."
