"the hotel doesn’t have an elevator and the staff didn’t even bother to help us with our luggage. we’re two girls and we had 3 big suitcases. luggage storage is 500¥ per piece and we just wanted to leave it for half an hour. breakfast is provided for 500¥ but it’s just coffee and croissant, i could pay more but get some good food because there are no restaurants nearby. the reception closes at 9 or 10 pm, and there were guests who arrived after that time and asked us for help because there was no one at the counter. the onsen looked kinda disappointing. overall, it’s okay if you’re looking for a budget stay for 1 night, but i would not recommend it"
