The hotel's location is also excellent, right next to the Zhuang Museum and a 'Stone Forest' where we explored many caves, which the kids absolutely loved."

The butler service is attentive and thoughtful. It's an ideal spot for a relaxing slow-paced getaway, and I'll definitely be back!"

"A very satisfying stay! The lobby is spacious and the environment is excellent. Water Lotus Concierge provided fantastic service. The room facilities were complete, and the bed was very comfortable. I'll definitely come back to this hotel! After leaving, I suddenly wondered if the Chongzuo Suket Collective is part of the same group as the Zhongwei Yellow River Suket Collective? The location is well-chosen, too 👍. Four hotels are clustered together, sharing a restaurant and gardens, and the hotel activities are also shared."

"It was quite good. The housekeepers responded promptly, and you could feel they genuinely addressed issues from the customer's perspective. For example, when the children were watching an outdoor movie, the restaurant was next door, and they could have simply brought the food over. However, they still managed to find a small table and suitable chairs for the children so they could eat while watching the movie. Another example is that the lantern festival had already ended after the children finished watching the movie. However, the two girls in charge waited an extra fifteen minutes for us to make and release the lanterns because the children wanted to try. They could have refused the children after the event ended, but they still tried their best to accommodate them. Most of the staff in the park were young men and women, but they were all very gentle and had just the right amount of enthusiasm. The garden design of the Mushroom House was impeccable. The staggered arrangement of plants, the winding paths, the glimpses of scenery, and the unexpected vistas created a unique and charming atmosphere. The sunset over the river was breathtaking! It was incredibly therapeutic! The service matched the facilities, and it was reasonable for the price. Many hotels in scenic areas have great design and a good environment, but the service is lacking. I think the owner of this company is very capable, both in terms of the concept of the industrial park and in terms of service management."

"I had heard about Zaiye Suji a long time ago, and I decided to experience it when I went to Chongzuo. The location of the entire Suji is very good, surrounded by the Black Water River, and this section of the Black Water River is particularly beautiful. In the evening of check-in, we arranged a bamboo raft cruise on the river. The river water is quiet and the river surface is wide. There is a kind of beauty of ”clear water and sky, deep shadows and flat waves. Fish flipping in the algae mirror, herons dotting the smoke shore”. After the cruise, there is a feeling of ”mountain scenery pleases birds, and the shadow of the lake empties people's hearts”. Dinner is also in Zaiye Restaurant. The seats by the river are open-air with a canopy, which is very beautiful, and you can also watch the sunset. Just because of mosquitoes, I went indoors. The food is also very good, so it is effortless to vacation for a few days. Finally, I want to talk about the room facilities. For a resort hotel, the bedding is very comfortable to sleep, and the bathroom is in place. Another small suggestion is that it is estimated that it is very laborious to take care of the green plants in the park, but it still needs to be maintained well to have a good holiday atmosphere."

"The entire experience was unexpectedly good. The service was surprisingly excellent. This is by far the most satisfying domestic resort hotel I've encountered in terms of service quality. It even subtly rivals the ambiance of top-tier Southeast Asian luxury resorts. The demeanor of the reception staff and the concierge service felt genuinely high-end, completely devoid of the common 'small-time' feel often found in domestic guesthouses and boutique hotels. On top of that, the lake view room offered stunning scenery. It's definitely a place I'd love to visit frequently."
