The room is divided into one floor and two floors. The first floor is a bathroom, and there is no place to put open boxes. If you put it at the door, it is inconvenient to take things at night because the door is a fully transparent glass door and it blocks the way. There is an endless sea view hot spring king bed room on the first floor. The peak season price is more than 1,300, but the room is small and the floor-to-ceiling windows lead directly to the courtyard without privacy. Tourists coming and going can see the room at a glance. It feels very tasteless. If you live in it and draw the curtains, there is no lake view and hot spring, only an ordinary small room; if you don’t draw them, it’s a public place. 2. There are various lake view rooms upstairs, and there are also rooms with terraces. They look beautiful in the pictures, but the prices are too high. They are completely Internet celebrity prices. Consider going to Hilton. Service: Very good. The room comes with afternoon tea (milk tea + fruit + dessert) and 6 travel photos. The value-added service is very good and included in the room price. The travel photos are really good. There are many travel photos here, and they are very well done. I have my own milk tea shop, and the lemon tea is delicious. Location: On the mountain, very close to the foot of the mountain, just walk uphill for a while, very convenient."

However, due to the New Year's Eve crowds, there wasn't enough parking, so we had to park elsewhere. The hotel promised to cover the parking fee. After checking out, I showed them the parking payment screenshot, and they asked for my QR code for payment. However, from check-out at 10:30 AM until I got home at 9:00 PM, I still hadn't received the reimbursed parking fee. Complimentary fruit, tea, Americano coffee: Since we arrived late, I didn't have coffee at night and asked the hotel if I could have it the next morning. They agreed, stating coffee was available from 8 AM to 11 PM. However, when I messaged them at 8:30 AM the next day asking for two coffees, they said they would deliver them at 10 AM. They were never delivered, even by 10:30 AM check-out. The other fruits and tea were also not provided. Overall, the hotel's environment, cleanliness, and breakfast were good, but the service attitude was quite casual. They failed to deliver on their promise to cover the parking fee (20 RMB) and provide the complimentary coffee."
