"The place is beautiful but I didn’t sleep all night because the room had highly air conditioned on 6*degrees cold and no warm blankets I turned off all lights using key card but the room was still very cold I got too sick and cold but I didn’t want to complain I just walked away other than that the place is beautiful and friendly staff"

Second time I checked in,room fine and safe working but asked for a room move due to not feeling OK in the room Second rooms Che ked into.no safe working. Maintenance brought another safe,bu could not install it because they could not remove the broken one Kept my personal belongings in my suitcase Long story short 1,000 us dollars was taken from my room Today being almost 72 hours later still waiting for answers No safekeeping facilities at reception, no cctv coverage as I asked for PLEASE Avoid ACTUAL PROPERTY Pool tiles broke off in the pool Rooms needs renovations Breakfast poor Overall staff needs training and the gmmust sit up urgently The guest service,personal safety and security of guests are pooor"

"Me and my sister spend 11 days in this hotel. Very friendly staff. Good service and the manager try to make his guest feel comfortable. 24/7 Air-condition and electricity. Very close to all you want. The only thing I don't like is the bedspread. Lots of stains in it. They need to be replaced and the bathroom needs maintainace and every corner of the room need to be cleaned. The estate is very friendly I recommend it."
