The host, gave us a the wrong room first, than literally "force persuaded" us but in polite way to move to our original room. We stayed there one night before our flight from Dulles, so that was no big deal. One more thing about the parking jurisdictions. So, there's a shared parking lot around the hotel, shared by two other facilities. They show you a map, which does not match the signs in the parking lot. So, be careful which one to follow and always confirm with the hotel host."

"This was our 2nd stay here, We were literally working next door, so the location was the best possible for us. This room was cleaner than the first one, but someone had been smoking pot in there, and it stunk strongly of pot. Too tired to complain, we turned on the bathroom exhaust fan and let management know the next morning. Probably not their fault, it was a previous guest. Basic room, and the bed was comfortable. This hotel should NOT be listed as having free breakfast. Coffee with packs of instant oatmeal that you had to make in a coffee cup should not count. The owners seem really, really cheap! But for a quick night's sleep, it will do. Just don't expect too much."
