Miss sister said that there is no freezer but there are ice cubes and helped me prepare a large pack of ice cubes. I am willing to actively help customers find solutions to the problem. The hotel has a rich breakfast dish, and the clothes are forgotten in the restaurant. There are also staff who take the initiative to help keep them. The room was very clean. Although it was facing the street, the sound insulation was very good. There was no noise all night."

"I booked a family room two weeks ago, but upon check-in, they said there was a problem with the room and it was unavailable. I hadn't received a call informing me, and it was difficult to find a room nearby at the last minute. Since I was already there with my young baby and didn't want to keep looking for accommodation, I decided to make do. The room was originally a 1.5m bed + 1.2m bed, but they changed it to a 1.2m bed + 1.2m bed, saying the price was the same and they wouldn't refund the difference. The hotel was very old, and the pictures online were heavily edited. The facilities and decor were outdated and dilapidated. About ten meters ahead, there was a Meijing Grand Hotel with a similar price, but a much better environment, but unfortunately, it was fully booked. So, the hotel hadn't informed me beforehand that my booked room type was unavailable. The sink leaked, there was mold everywhere, and they put me in a room on the side of the road, making it impossible to sleep all night. It was a truly terrible experience."

With such people in this kind of place, the cultural tourism won't be very good either. I suggest you don't stay at this place. There are many good ones that have just opened nearby. "Highly recommend! What's it like to stay in a county-level heritage site for just over 300 RMB? The owner's service attitude is superb. We parked our car in the abandoned Shaanxi Guild Hall (a national heritage site!), and the owner picked us up in a shuttle bus, taking us into the ancient town in just a few minutes. They provided a detailed travel guide and even upgraded our room. In the morning, we took two copper coins to have breakfast at the 300-year-old Qinghe Garden. Plus, the inn itself is incredibly picturesque; I immediately put on a qipao and took so many great photos."

"I really have to complain about this. I specifically booked a twin room with two floor-to-ceiling windows because I dislike rooms with internal windows. However, after checking in, I found that both rooms were internal, facing the stairwell. I tried calling the front desk, but the phone in the room was broken. After finally getting through to the front desk, they initially told me there were no external window rooms left, only internal ones. When I insisted that I had booked an external window room and didn't want an internal one, they told me to come down to the front desk so they could personally verify my order. I went to the front desk, showed them my booking, but the receptionist didn't even look at it and then told me that their hotel couldn't see if my order was for an external window room. Isn't that ridiculous? Ctrip shows floor-to-ceiling external windows, but the hotel doesn't know? Then they tried to trick me by saying internal and external window rooms are the same price, with no difference. I was speechless – which hotel has internal rooms at the same price as external ones? They then asked if I had touched anything in the room. I said my child had just used the toilet, and then the receptionist grumbled that if I wanted to switch rooms, I shouldn't have touched anything. Isn't that a joke? The front desk clearly made a mistake and assigned the wrong room, and now they're blaming me? My child went to the toilet as soon as we entered, and that's when I realized the room was wrong. Then I contacted the front desk – this whole process took over twenty minutes. Is using the toilet in that time not allowed? Later, seeing that I was getting annoyed, they found another twin room with an external window. Note: they had repeatedly claimed there were no external window rooms, but now one suddenly appeared. The other room was 'upgraded' to a king-size bed, but it wasn't great either. We booked twin beds, but ended up with a single bed, as if we were getting a good deal. Overall, the front desk was constantly trying to mislead me; it was truly terrible. Also, they advertised breakfast until 10 AM, but when we went at 9 AM, there was nothing left, not even pickles."

"This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in during my travels. The water bottle had been used and drunk from the tap; it was low as soon as I walked in, and the tap had been opened and used. In the mornings, I could hear people talking outside the door, indicating very poor soundproofing. A truly awful experience! I do not recommend it; avoid it!"
