"Random hotel for the night before catching an early flight… ended up on the rooftop enjoying the fireworks, a buffet service and cheering for the new year! The service was great from start to finish. The staff was so polite and friendly. The room was decent with 2 single beds, tea/coffee/kettle, hot shower… but could use a quick clean around the areas that aren’t used and the walls. The rooftop was amazing with an infinite swimming pool and space to relax. We ordered a cab for the airport (around 1k), it arrived at 6:20am and we arrived at the airport at 6:35. Quick and efficient. It was a great stay!"

The luxary room was huge and they arranged for an extra bed for our son without any additional cost. We had dinner at the Gufah restaurant which was very nice. "Extremely disappointing stay experience at Hotel Oasis Suite, Hubballi. The hotel organized a loud late-night event without informing guests in advance. The music was played at very high volume throughout the night, making it impossible to sleep properly. Despite complaints to the reception through phone calls and even a personal visit around 1:30 AM, no proper action was taken by the hotel staff. The management showed complete negligence towards guest comfort and failed to handle the situation professionally. Guests book hotels for peace and rest, but this stay turned out to be stressful and uncomfortable. Very poor customer handling, weak management response, and unacceptable noise disturbance during late-night hours. Would not recommend this hotel for a peaceful stay. Still no response now it's more than 2 AM and not able to sleep"
