"This was the only hotel on Sichuan-Tibet Highway 318 with underfloor heating, which kept the room incredibly warm – no need for AC! The room was spacious and very clean, making for a super comfortable stay. We even got a free upgrade to a room with a fantastic view of the snow-capped mountains right outside the window. They provide scheduled oxygen supply at night, and I didn't experience any altitude sickness. Highly recommend this hotel!"

"來到極美的然烏湖入住湖山壹號（然烏湖店）正對着湖水雪山視線極好。站在落地窗前賞心悦目的景色盡收眼底。這是一家新開的店。房間乾淨整潔很大，是這一路走來住的最舒服的酒店。交通方便就在318線的路邊。酒店的工作人員很熱情，主動幫忙拿行李（海拔較高）帶你到房間。幫助把製氧機設定好。服務很舒心。"

"This hotel actually has 3 diamonds? 2 diamonds can't be reached, the pictures are very good-looking, the facilities in Building A are actually very old, and the surrounding environment is very gray. The bedding was clean, but the bed was not comfortable. Breakfast is OK."
