Hot Springs Hotels in Kusu District

You must need to travel by car. The location of the hotel is a bit far and rugged. Drivers need to pay attention, but the scenery of the distance is beautiful. There are beautiful scenery of farmland, small rivers and hills, so my boyfriend and I enjoy the driving process.  The hotel has drinks and ice cream to buy, but if you have time permits you can drive for 5 minutes to buy ice cream at a nearby grocery store, milk flavor ice cream is really delicious and there are bozi sodas to buy, very summery feeling. The hot spring water is clear and has a faint smell of sulfur. It is very comfortable after soaking. The skin feels better. However, pay attention to the temperature of the hot spring water, otherwise it will be very hot! !  Since the hot spring is outdoors, there may be two bugs This may not be avoided, but it does not affect my hot spring experience and feelings.  The food is delicious, we enjoy the time of eating . The fish and horse meat are very sweet and very good.  After dinner, you can go outdoors to see the stars. There are many stars shining in the sky. It is really beautiful. It's a great memory for the rest of the season in the future and I'll be back again if I have a chance.

The room is the same as the online one, so big, well-equipped, the dressing room is very spacious, there is a private bath, ! It would be more perfect if dinner could be provided, because the nearby restaurants close early, and the convenience store also takes about half an hour to get a car, and it is a rugged mountain road ! Breakfast was exquisite and staff was friendly!

It is located in a mountain valley, so it is recommended if you rent a car to get there. If not, it is better to just go to Yufuin. Dinner was really plentiful as I heard, and breakfast was also satisfactory. Be sure to bring cash as cards are not accepted. It takes about 40 minutes by car to get to a convenience store where you can withdraw cash.

Although it was a little troublesome to contact the staff at check-in, the hot spring in the room was a big surprise. The place was clean and the facilities were carefully arranged. The mountain road at the entrance of the accommodation was very sloping and zigzagging. It was more difficult to navigate. If the technology is flat, it is recommended to consider carefully.

I booked a single room without meals, but for a single room, it was very large and comfortable to use. Each room also had a wifi and had a large bath. Of course, the bath and toilet are separate 々, and it was very nice to be able to use a proper hot spring. It also had a large refrigerator and a compact safe, so I was very relieved. The air conditioner is quiet and comfortable. There was also a large parking lot, so I was able to park easily even in a large non-foil passenger car. It was a small supermarket in ２～３ minutes by car, so I stayed without meals, but I didn't have any trouble eating. I definitely wanted to use it again.

The environment is comfortable, quiet, and peaceful. However, the facilities are rather basic, with limited choices. Dinner needs to be booked 3 days in advance. There are no supermarkets nearby, so you have to drive to town to buy takeout. The open-air bath is excellent; you can see the stars at night.

The owner is very kind. I couldn't go to the accommodation because my car was slipping on the snow, but he called me and came to call a snow chain company. I wanted to eat dinner, but I couldn't because I made a mistake and didn't make a reservation ㅠㅠ (Even then, the owner took me to the supermarket, so I barely managed to eat. The owner is the best!!). If you want to use the hot springs nearby, you can give the owner a coin for 150 yen (it's 400 yen if you go and buy it). The public hot springs are free, but men and women can enter separately on odd and even days. The surrounding scenery is also nice, so it's good for taking pictures.

Although the facilities were old, the staff were friendly and the food was good. The open-air hot springs are especially nice as they are buried in nature.

The service staff are super courteous, and the dogs are loved by everyone. The tatami mat is comfortable and the dining environment is separate, quiet and comfortable, and delicious. The bathing pool is divided into 1F2F, enough to have different flavors, 2F also has table tennis, electric toys, etc., there is also a sales department, you can go again if you have a chance~~
