The shower hose is broken, making it impossible to wash. Sliding doors practically do not get damaged; each time you need to lock them with a key, you need to spend about 20 minutes."

GGuest UserStayed there for 5 days and 4 night . The staff we're great . If you love to meet new people specially foreign one this would be a good choice. Though I am not , but I pretty have a great stay there so a big thumps up. They also activities everynight/everyday. I absolutely love the Karaoke night, It's Monday by the way ( yehey!!!) , I guess this is the only night on the hotel that I had contribution to the noise pollution ( a little bit kidding ) 😅😅😅. Though the foods is a but pricey but quiet very good . Oh a big thank you to Haze and Kai ( I am not sure if I spell it out right ). Thank you for assisting and I guess for listening to our after hour request . Always stay cool and friendly. Will definitely recommend this and will definitely want to stay there again .

GGuest UserFirst, excellent location, foam accessibility from everything (white beach, d mall, embankment), while quite quiet area, But right under the windows of the church, in which concerts are very often held, until late at night...
In the rooms clean, but in 5 nights we cleaned once, and that is what we asked
Tomorrow on amateur, portiono, local kitchen (ryss, egg and garnish for choice)
Very kind workers, always were ready to help !
In general, I recommend!

JJulia_TХорошее местоположение, тихо и спокойно, но, в то же время, пешком пройтись по пляжу до тусовочных мест ~ 15 минут. Пляж рядом с отелем ежедневно убирают, мы бронировали данное место из-за красивого вида из номера + расположения, жили на 3-м этаже. Остались довольны, номер убирали ежедневно, есть вкусные завтраки с оплатой на месте, персонал очень приветливый и поможет с любым вопросом. Если идти в сторону скал от отеля, то там будут ещё почти безлюдных 2 пляжа. Думаю, что в следующий раз вернёмся сюда, так как нам всё понравилось)

EElaine BernadetteTheir service is good. If you have luggage, the location can be a bit of a hassle to get to, since some areas on the way to the hotel are bumpy. I raised an issue with the heater/shower, and they addressed it promptly. Overall, this hotel offers good value for its price and service. In addition, there are discount deals tied to this hotel—just ask them about it!

GGuest UserLa Banca House... the perfect stay in paradise. The room was clean, comfortable and had a brilliant view. The staff are personal and remember your names and happy to help with anything. Chatting with the manager was always a delight. A nice choice of local and western style breakfast by the pool, accompanied by happy and lovely staff.
For some reason people are promoting zone 1 as the best. But we found it desolate. Zone 2 is good for friend groups, but La Banca is situated perfectly in the quietest area of zone 3 whilst being right on the beach. A lovely couples retreat. I honestly cannot think of any negatives. When I go back to Boracay, I’ll definitely be staying at La Banca : )

GGuest User-Washing in the bathroom is not very convenient. Sometimes someone goes to the bathroom because it washes. But the bathroom is clean. -The bed is not very stable but the mattress is good. + Hostel has a wonderful family. In general, the atmosphere of the hostel is pleasant. You can ask to be prepared from the product for an additional fee. + The map seems to be far from the center, but you can actually walk to the beach in 15 minutes. The harbor is also within walking distance.
