Bedroom downstairs adjoins the living room with two futon- firm sleep beds and TV .Full kitchen and bathroom main floor.Teens - adults are welcome to stay Upstairs. Queen and twin bed in a nice larger room. Steepsteps and no protection on second floor windows. WiFi as of 8/25!!!
