"The room facilities were very inadequate. The glass door to the shower in the bathroom was broken. Calling the front desk resulted in no human operator, and despite reporting a problem, no one came to resolve it, even though they claimed to offer 24/7 service. There was only one bath towel and one hand towel. The hairdryer also malfunctioned, with poor contact and intermittent drying. The clothes rack was also very inconvenient, being a fixed type. In short, the experience was very poor, and I would not recommend this hotel."

"It was a very nice stay in the hotel. Everything was clean and comfortably furnished. The service was top notch. Unfortunately, I do have one small criticism. The tiles in the shower are very slippery and there is no way to hold on. Other than that, everything was wonderful."
