"If you want to ruin your vacation, check into a hotel and be greeted with a terrible reception. The reception staff is incompetent. The receptionist will refuse to check you in at night, demanding a photo of your bank card, even though you've already paid for the hotel. If you extend your stay, you'll be cursed out, especially by the elderly receptionist, who probably thinks he's the manager. I've never experienced so much negativity in all my travels. Unfortunately, the location means I have to endure this horror. Be prepared for the maids to pretend they forgot to put things in their bags, too. 😂 Basically, if you want bad service for a lot of money, this is the place for you."

"The service we received on our visit to the hotel was exceptional ..the reception manager Liav was very caring and worked really hard to make sure we had everything we needed , his main concern was that we were happy ..He really understood us and what we needed. the reception staff were all so caring and we really felt they wanted to please us in any way they could. Alan was exceptionally nice and understanding especially when we had a misunderstanding with our reservation. He went out of his way to make us so comfortable. if you come here its worthwhile to meet these wonderful people they will take care of your every need1 the rooms are luxurious and the veiw is breathtaking!"

"Arrived at hotel around midnight, exhausted. The blackout curtains wouldn't close enough. Minibar completely empty and nothing for room service. The janitor thought to be a good idea to start drilling my room wall at 07:00 until 08:00. When complained his reaction was "Ok, ok, I am finishing". Nobody bothered to apologise. Definitely not a business friendly hotel."

"We stayed for 11 nights. The hotel is filthy. The rooms haven’t been vacuumed for years, the fixtures and fittings are 20 years out of date and god forbid you have a problem, the management and staff will lie to you. They won’t accept they are wrong - there answers were simply “well, if you don’t like it you should have stayed somewhere else” (note our complaint was not a subjective matter, it was factual and their promises of recompense simply lied about). Don’t stay there. Go to an Airbnb or similar and save yourself the hassle, money and disappointment. Particular dis-praise must go to the so called ‘guest relations manager’. She hid away for 2 hours with promises of ‘I’ll be five minutes’ every 20 minutes to avoid honouring a promise she made to refund monies so that we had to to check out for our flight. You could’ve manage a relationship with yourself let alone a guest. Disgusting behaviour."

"Avoid. Avoid. Although the room was clean and the bed was comfortable and it is in a great location, they take 200 shekel deposit. They will find all the reasons to steal the deposit from you. I had the same problem 3 years ago, but this time, I didn't want to leave the room until they returned the deposit. Also, the person that I had the room from was the most rude and abnocious person I had ever met."
