"Located strategically next to a shopping precinct with walking distance. All goods from check in to check out process. The only exception is the hand wash tap in the bathroom been installed too far from the basin and it’s indeed difficult to use and water splashing all over. The other issue is leaking out from the bathroom after every shower. Room became cramp after the sofa bed setup for sleep. Breakfast is good but suggest they should alternate the menu with more variety. Otherwise, we been bored with the offering after stayed in for 6 nights"

"The hotel is definitely accessible by car, as it's quite far from the city center, located outside Watford. The actual hotel entrance and rooms are in a nicer building at the back, specifically designed for weddings and events. Holding your wedding here and staying at the hotel would be a fantastic experience, or you could consider staying here if you're visiting the Harry Potter area."

"To put it simply, the environment is quite good. However, the location is relatively close to areas with a high concentration of Black and Muslim residents, so it's advisable to be a bit cautious at night. Also, it's a 10-15 minute walk to the subway station, and you have to cross a park which can be quite dark in the evening."

"The bed was broken and it had wires sticking up cooming out of the bed and it hurt my leg when I tried to lay down on it . There was no Bodey wash as well ."

"I stayed in room 302 in March 2026 for 1 night. I chose this hotel because I stayed there before and I was very impressed. This time I was given the same room again, I liked the room. It has a large comfy bed and a nice clean bathroom. The breakfast was really good as I like vegetables and they do great omelettes and fresh vegetables. The reception staff are very kind and helpful during my visit and remembered me from the last time I stayed. The hotel is in very easy access to the underground. On this visit the Elizabeth line was closed and I had to get a bus to agents Hill. This was very easy. There are plenty of places to eat around the hotel including an all you can eat from £11.99. I always have a good Stay at this hotel. There is a kettle with plenty of T and coffee. Some people staying on my floor were very noisy but that was all I can criticise really as it wasn’t the hotels fault. Very kind staff. There is a decent TV in the room and plenty of towels. During this trip and overnight stay I visited the Ramses exhibition at Battersea and images are included in this feedback. A good hotel to stay in that’s great value just outside central London about 20 mins on train."

"Stayed 2 nights when visiting Kew Gardens. Ideally situated for Kew Gardens, which is just around the corner Decor was a bit tired, but room clean and lovely friendly staff and Breakfast was good. Walked into Richmond which was lovely. Ate at Q Verde, a family run Italian restaurant just 5 mins walk away, which was excellent. Would definitely recommend"
